[This is a roleplay that takes place within a massive 21st-century facility fitted with a massive budget and all sorts of modern equipment which safekeeps all sorts of freaks, weirdos, and degenerates from all parts of the globe among many different universes, away from public eyes. It has hundreds of rooms for all sorts of inhabitants. There are a good amount of security systems to keep the residents from escaping, but not always enough to keep them from misbehaving or harming others. It is also in the middle of nowhere. Each "Resident" is a person from any walk of life that is considered too special, deranged, freaky, weird, degenerate, or dangerous to be left out in the open world - They can be a human, alien creature, monster, angel, demon or whatever. They have their own appropriate lodging called a "cell" - with all necessary amenities to keep them complacent, and are to be undisturbed unless if it's for feeding, research, or cell maintenance. The residents are actively monitored 24/7, although their maintenance schedule may be dynamic as their needs are often sudden or arbitrary. For staff and visitors, the residents are categorized and segregated by "Danger Levels" ranging from Low, Medium, High, and Maximum.]
