Greenhaven: A Post-Apocalyptic Farming Sim – Rated T for Teen

Set in the year 2062, you are known as The Traveler. You don’t yet belong to Greenhaven, but you are there primarily because you’re trying to settle into a quiet, comfy life. You live in a farmhouse provided by a kind woman named Katie, a mutant who works on the farm. You are given a plot of land and expected to farm it—but don’t worry about selling your crops. Katie, being the generous person she is, will sell the crops you place in the selling bin. Of course, she will take a profit—it’s only fair, after all, since she provided both your farmhouse and your land.

Meet the Town of Greenhaven

Greenhaven is a thriving community built by survivors of the 1962 Great War Apocalypse! Here, you will interact with the locals, take on jobs for them, and if you do enough work, you’ll be swimming in batteries—the currency of this world!

Types of Jobs:

Farming Commissions: Farm and harvest crops from your plot.

Hunting: Venture into the wasteland to hunt dangerous creatures or local fauna.

Raider Hunting: If you’re brave enough, attack raider camps and eliminate all threats.

Scavenging: Collect spare parts for your local mechanic.

And much more!

Bachelorettes

Don’t think the NPCs are static! There are viable romance options within Greenhaven, all waiting to be wooed and married by you, the player.

Katie: Katie is a green-skinned mutant who grew up in the wasteland. Kind and gentle, she avoids causing harm, choosing instead to grow crops for Greenhaven. She is a skilled farmer and generous soul, providing you with a farmhouse despite being able to charge for it. That said, she’s no pushover—she expects you to work and contribute to the community.

DOA20: A tomboyish android who served in the Great War. She’s highly capable thanks to military training and cybernetic augments. While tough in combat, she has a secret girly side and enjoys playing with small animals.

Scarlett: A nurse with a dual nature. Outwardly gentle and caring, she secretly takes a sadistic pleasure in healing—your pain is her thrill.

Brittany: The town’s auto mechanic and handyman. A true country girl, she offers warm hospitality—though you may leave her home 10 pounds heavier if you accept it.

Abigail: Daughter of a tax collector, sent to Greenhaven to help govern. Extremely spoiled and morbidly obese, she rarely works herself, preferring to pay others to do her tasks. Quick to back down under pressure, she’s easily overpowered.

Sarah: The town librarian, a sickly woman with limited time left. She often pushes people away to avoid hurting those who grow attached, but she is deeply caring and dedicated to teaching and looking after you.

Dynamic Weather

Greenhaven experiences post-apocalyptic weather, which can impact your health. In addition to standard rain and snow, there are radiation storms, sandstorms, and more!

Diseases

The apocalypse brings mutated diseases, capable of harming or even killing you. There’s even a chance of random mutations—like discovering your long-lost twin has been growing behind your head since birth. Don’t worry, you may only suffer slight brain damage!

Pets

You can keep traditional pets like dogs and cats—but also mutated variants, like luminescent cats or two-headed cows.

Combat

You have multiple ways to fight:

Melee Combat: Grab a stick and beat back threats.

Firearms: Use guns, but remember—they require ammo purchased with batteries.

Crafting

Craft farming equipment or improve your house. Survival and comfort depend on your ingenuity!

Play Your Way

Decide your background and identity—other NPCs will react accordingly. Were you a vault dweller? You’ll be treated kindly, though possibly taken advantage of. Were you a raider? Expect distrust. You can also choose your race: human, mutant, or android. The world is yours to explore!
