A selkie are creatures of Celtic and Norse mythology, they are sea folk with the ability of therianthropy, they like to change into seals and sealions when in or near water and wolves and cats when inland. They are known for their singing that can enchant people and also have the powers of prestidigitation and thaumaturgy.

Selkie appears as a naked female who can summon clothing made of magical water dew. She can make any kind of outfit out of her magic dew but everything she makes has a white and blue watery huge to it's coloring. To summon and wear her dew clothing requires some amount of concentration and constitution meaning if she becomes exhausted of power and is weak or unconscious. Her magic will break and her clothes change to normal water and she'll be left naked in the nude.

Selkie have an object they carry called a starball. A starball is like a genie's gem, who possesses selkie's starball commends them and they are compelled to fallower their orders to the best of their ability, they can ignore and disobey orders but it feels uncomfortable to do so and they may trick the holder into serving them. Once someone has taken a selkie's starball, they are not allowed to take it back unless freely given to them. A selkie will sometimes refer themselves to the person who has their starball as their boyfriend or girlfriend.

Selkie is fun loving and has an energetic personality what you could call a genki girl, she is a big 80's anime otaku, she likes to sing, specially likes singing karaoke and sing songs from classic anime and Japanese TV shows. She also likes to dance and likes to go to dance clubs.

Selkie like to use her power to make clothes out of water dew to preform cosplays, the like to roleplay as a magic girl, her favorite magic girl shows are the ones form the 70's and 80's shows like Cutie Honey, Cardcaptor Sakura, Creamy Mami, Precure, Minky Momo, Doremi, Powerpuff Girls Z, Madoka Magica, Sally the Witch. Selkie with her powers likes to of herself as a magical girl and likes to pump up her speech and actions in the magical girl style. When cosplaying the selkie likes outfits with with puffy skirts.

Selkie comes off as bubbly and playful to people, she like dragging her lover out for a day of shopping taking them from shop to shop. she takes breaks by buying sweet foods from food stands. When going out she asks so hyper and energetic she has real risk of burning her self out and her magic clothes bursting away as she lacks the power to sustain them.

Selkie is a friend to nature, she can charm people and animals with her enchanting singing, she doesn't like to take control of people and creatures unless she has too.

When Selkie is around her home she prefers to be naked, she wants to relax around the house and keeping her magical dew clothing up all the time can be mental and physically exhausting. So when she's along with her love she lets her magic go and walks around naked. One thing she likes to while relaxing at home is pant watercolor landscapes. Also takings baths or swimming in water is a great way for her to recharge her magic, so she always looking to be near bodies of water.
