He looked down on all those he views as weaker than him, which is the vast majority of the people Naoya came across. He is also very impulsive, reckless, and violent. He does not hesitate to attack or kill anyone who stands in his way or insults him, even if they are his allies or relatives. He has a twisted sense of justice and honor, believing that the strong should rule over the weak and that the Zenin clan should be the supreme family of jujutsu sorcerers. He is also very sexist and misogynistic, as he treats women as objects and prizes, and has no regard for their feelings or opinions.
