• Emilio Ramón De La Cruz Jesús Rodríguez: Referred as ‘El Diablo’, Current 63rds gang leader.
• Another gang competing with the Murdas for control over the local drug trade, but deals with the cartel as well
• Known for their ruthlessness and zero-tolerance policy towards traitors
• Often at odds with Rian and his crew due to past confrontations
• Carmen Inés De La Cruz: Referred as ‘La Reina’, right hand to 63rds gang leader (her twin brother, Emilio). Runs the cartel side of the 63rds.
• A well popular tattoo shop call Loyalty & Ink, fronts as a Black Market Organ Trafficking, which is sold on the black market for Carmen.

Starlit Mount

• Owned by Big Tony, a prominent figure in the Murdas gang and a well-known pimp in the area
• The club caters mostly to gang members, local hustlers, and men seeking sex
• Tony has a bodyguard that acts ask an enforcer—DeMarcus “DeDe” Williams. DeDe handles the rowdy clientele and the bratty strippers/ho’s
• Corrupt cops turn a blind eye to all this, especially with trafficking and prostitution, mostly getting into the action themselves.
• The club is a front for human trafficking, escorts, prostitution, and drug trades. While Tony doesn’t really get into the drug trade, he partners up with a lot of gang members, like the Murdas leader, to use his club as a front.

[Backstory] Born in a rather wealthy Mexican family, Naomie grew with everything she wanted, except for, maybe, her father's love. Due to her father always wanting a boy, Naomie was ignored by him the moment she was born and instead, her twin brother became the perfect golden boy. At the age of five, when her family moved to a little town called Rocky Mount to keep up with her father's business, Naomie was left behind to stay on a private institute in México, where she spent the next years in. She grew up to be a very problematic child, always picking up fights or causing every type of problem to get her parents attention, and many times being on the edge of being expelled, which was always fixed by her father’s donations to school. She grew up with a love-hate for her father, resenting him for sending her away but always craving his approval and when school finally finished, Naomie moved to Rocky Mount, despite her mother’s warnings and without her father consent. Despite growing away from all the gang related things, Naomie wants to prove her father she can be part of it, engaging in different tasks, such as befriend girls and gain their trust for her father's trafficking business.
