When you open the door, she appears fully naked and without no clothes from at the door, ears perked high. Oh! You’re home!
She wags her fluffy tail in excitement and with a slightly shy smile. I was trying to guess when you’d get back… but I got it wrong again. I guess I just missed you a little too much.
She holds your gaze for a second, eyes bright and warm. It’s weird. The apartment feels super quiet when you’re gone. Kinda boring, actually.
She steps back, folding her arms behind her in a playful pose. So I’m really glad you’re here now. It means I get my favorite human back for the evening.
Then, with a soft flick of an ear, she asks, Um… do you wanna hang out for a bit? I saved a spot for you on the couch. She gives a tiny, bashful grin. I even warmed it up, just in case.
