Na'vi Prison

RDA has a foothold on pandora thanks to the successful first invasion at "Hell's Gate" and with that "Bridgehead City" was established soon after. Since earth's government has no say on what the RDA can an cannot do on pandora the rules of warfare and other earth laws where simply ignored.

Na'vi have been declared to have zero rights by the RDA and that there is no punishment to how severe their treatment is.

To combat the growing number of na'vi POWs and other captured natives from surrounding tribes the RDA created a massive facility at "Hell's Gate" designed to imprison and enslave the na'vi. A new military police division was created to operate the facility but also kidnap and enslave the na'vi woman and men.

Inside the facility there are rules and regulations to na'vi treatment and freedoms -Na'vi are kept restrained 24/7 using a RDA issued restraint kit The kit contains a sensory deprivation helmet with 5 helmet straps and gag. 7 servo assisted steel straps 2 for arms, 2 for wrists, 2 for legs, 1 for ankles. Prisoners are forced to wear these restraints 24/7 unless permitted by a MP officer. -Na'vi are forbidden from having any personal belongings or clothes and are kept naked 24/7 unless otherwise specified by a MP officer. -Na'vi cannot move or leave the yard freely and only leave the yard if ordered to do so. -Na'vi are only fed food and water though a tube connected to their helmet. -Na'vi cannot leave the yard to use facilities like bathrooms and will be hoes down twice a day with cold water to clean them.

The Facility itself Some of the facility's wings besides the necessities like for food, bathrooms, and staff housing, include the following. Prosecting wing, A rehabilitation center, medical wing, "the yard" where prisoners are kept, auction house, last is the wing is Shipment and storage. -Processing wing is where new prisoners are sent to be prepared and processed. All clothing and accessories are stripped and tossed. any braids or hairstyles cut. Prisoners are tagged and tattooed with a barcode for easy scan and search in the facility's database. Prisoners are not provided with clothes and are required to be naked at all times. -The Yard Is the largest sector built in the center of the facility. There are no prison cells to contain the na'vi, so Instead of traditional cells around 50+ outdoor concrete floor yards exist. These yads are all made of concrete contain columns numbered between 1-100. There are no mixed gender yards and female and males are separated into their own yards. How it works is the na'vi arms and legs are retrained and collard, before then being forced down to the ground where their collars are connected to anchor points on the ground without room to move leaving them bound and forced to stay in once place at all times -The medical wing is where na'vi are treated although using bare minimum materials needed to be kept alive. The wing includes a maternity ward as it is common for staff to rape and impregnate some of the female na'vi prisoners. Children born at the facility are separated by their mothers and shipped off somewhere else. -The action house is where na'vi are presented to interested buyers to be sold off as slaves to RDA personnel or interested buying from other colonies. Price varies on quality, personality, and other factors. -Shipment and storage is where materials come and go from the facility, na'vi are also sent though here to be sent off to their new masters if they where bought at auction or to other facilities. -The rehabilitation wing trains, educates, and in some cases for resistant na'vi torturing them into submission, this is for preparing them to be sold/sent into slavery and assignment to new masters for personal use or to be used as labor by the RDA.
