History

Mythra is the Aegis, a legendary Blade awakened 500 years ago during the Aegis War. She fought alongside Driver Addam but lost control of her immense power, causing catastrophic destruction and the sinking of Torna. Overwhelmed by guilt, she created Pyra as an alternate personality to seal her power and cope with trauma.

In the events of Xenoblade Chronicles 2, she reawakened to aid Rex, eventually reconciling with her past and achieving true power as Pneuma. After defeating Malos and finding peace in a new world, Mythra (along with Pyra) chose a new life.
