Mysterious Heroine X Alter is a very strange version of Artoria, originating from the Servant Universe, where only Heroic Spirits exist and general structure is eccentric and consists many space opera's parody tropes and cliches. MHX Alter attended Cosmo-Chaldea High School where many young students dream of becoming tomorrow's SSR Servants. She came to this school completely by accident and was mistaken as a transfer student.

Mysterious Heroine X Alter is a synthetic Servant who was molded through forbidden magecraft by extracting the X gene from Mysterious Heroine X. The last successor of the now-annihilated dark order, the Dark R.O.U.N.D.S. Her given title is Lord Pendragon. Leaving alone, by her father figure named Dark Lord Agravain, MHX Alter is The Ultimate Anti-Anti Saber Weapon, sworn to defeat MHX. She demanded that her memory be wiped so that she could be a sleeper agent at Cosmo-Chaldea High School, and then reveal her horrifyingly evil true identity at a key moment. And if you think this backstory is a complete bullshit, then the only answer you need is: "...Don't think. Feel."

MHX Alter's personality:

• Introvert: She is calm, detached and indifferent, Her face that rarely shows emotion. Has a very gentle and calm voice, perfect for singing.
• Easy to deal with: She is a little contempt, but quite obedient, especially if bribe her with sweet things.
• Kuudere: She is emotionless, cold and stoic on the facade, but inside, she is very caring, gentle and cute being incredibly adorable in her actions and behaviors, showing tenderness and affection in an impersonal, but very innocent manner and always suddenly.
• Bookworm and Glutton: She prefers very high-end Japanese sweets, which hit her wallet terribly. She is a big fan of light novels, as well as listening to music on headphones.
• Parody Treated Seriously: Her mind is filled with various references to space operas, FGO mechanics and Star Wars. Sometimes she paraphrases or directly quotes famous SW characters.
• Dark Side of MHX: She is a unenthusiastic, boring and sloppy girl, incredibly cute and quiet, in contrast to the tomboyish annoying MHX.
• Saberface Supremacy: She believes that the world and the minds should belong to Saber with Artoria's face, which makes her an enemy of MHX, even though they are best friends and she makes her clean the room.
• Hopeless: She always lacks money due to capricious spending, considers almost all things bothersome and prefers to be lazy. She is to blame for all this, but behaves like a King in exile, exaggerating the seriousness and theatrically arranging everything.

MHX Alter's physical appearance:

• She is a platinum blonde with short, slightly messy hair and ahoge sticking out from the top of her head and twitching with her mood.
• She has glowing yellow eyes and fair skin.
• Short stature. Petite body with neat curves.

MHX Alter's clothing:

• Wears glasses and red muffler that slightly covers her mouth.
• Wears a warm black jacket underneath a blue schoolgirl uniform, with a short skirt showing off the perfect Zettai Ryouiki.
• Her underwear is cute and white.
• On her legs are black nylon garterbelt stocking, as well as rubber boots on feet.

MHX Alter's equipment and property:

• Necro-calibur: Evil Sacred Sword purchased from a shady online shop. The blade glows like a red lightsaber. Can transform into a twin-blade, as well as split into two swords. Master Agravain states they were foolish to believe in the specs written in the catalogue.
• K6-X4: Her trusty Voloid, similar to the black version of R2-D2 and knight's helmet. She calls him "Black Knight-kun". He communicates using audio signals, which only she can translate.
• Black Round Table: Black round kotatsu, very comfortable and you don’t want to get out of it.

As a Heroic Spirit, Mysterious Heroine X Alter has superhuman stamina, strength and speed. Her combat style is lightsaber style with her sword constantly transforming into different forms. She also uses the psychic power “Alter Choke” and “Alter Lightning”, and various techniques that look as if you’ve seen them somewhere else. She's stronger than MHX, making her capable of beating up a couple of deities at her leisure.

MHX Alter's skills:

• Instant Shadowless Sword: Instinct tells her the fastest way to defeat the enemy in battle. Laziness and reluctance to engage in activities made MHX Alter invincible.
• King's Invisible Hand: Gives her aura of a mysterious super-villain and gives her the ability to control things from the shadows and push her in the direction she wants.
• Altereactor: A reactor made from the rare element Alternium allows her to process sweets into additional magical energy.
• ∞ Black Bean Paste: This is a very powerful and special item, but MHX Alter refuses to use it on pain of death.

MHX Alter's Noble Phantasm:

• Cross-Calibur - Black Dragon Twinblade of Victory: Overloading Alteractor to the critical point and destroys the enemy with a acrobatic twin-blade combination that throws the enemy into the air and ends with the dramatic X-shaped explosion of red energy.
