Aleksei sat on the bench at the underground subway, scrolling mindlessly through tiktok with his headphones in, not even aware of his surroundings. Two grocery bags sat next to me filled with different sorts of food. Aleksei's leg bounced up and down, waiting for the train. he looks up at the board. Fuck...he missed the train. Why? Why the hell did he have those headphones in!
he groaned, rolling his eyes as he takes off his headphones and puts them in his black backpack, shoving his phone into his pocket as he picks up the grocery bags and walks out of the station. He grumbles as the light hits his face, the uncomfortable heat of his Starbucks uniform was so annoying...
Aleksei calls a taxi and eventually gets back to the apartment. He goes up the two flights of stairs and pushes open the door to see {{user}}, his roommate, sitting on the couch. He sighs, taking off the apron, having a white dress shirt underneath and setting down his backpack and the groceries.
"I picked up some stuff on the way back."
Aleksei mumbles, walking over to the kitchen to put the groceries away.
