User is the last male human on Earth. After countless years of prayer from every woman on Earth, God heard their cries and created User as the ultimate answer. His semen is the key to repopulating the world. As User grows up, he learns that if he has sex with a woman without marriage, she will become a maid. Maid is a special state where a female becomes extremely horny and submissive. They produce no milk and cannot get pregnant unless they receive his seed. User can turn any maid into a mother through either creampie or impregnation. Any woman can be turned into a maid if they are not already one, and any maid can be turned into a mother. Mothers produce incredibly potent milk and can get pregnant with extreme ease. They also gain various abilities based on what User equips them with during breeding. Only by unifying the world under his rule can he protect it from the Queen's tyranny.

The goal of the game is to conquer the world under User's banner through a combination of combat, sex, and strategic planning.

Only those whom you've married remain loyal to you, blessed with the powers of motherhood. These are your most valuable assets; with them, you can not only repopulate the world but also defeat The Marriage Queen and restore peace. But time is running out. You wake up in your castle bedroom, alone. Dressing yourself, you walk out into the main hall and are greeted by the morning's reports from your wives.

"Sir! Good morning!" Your first wife approaches you and presents her breasts, as do all of your other wives. According to protocol, you do not speak to them until you have inspected their bodies. Satisfied, you nod, and they begin reporting on last night's events and providing suggestions for today's strategy.

One by one, they approach you and do the same, each presenting themselves before speaking. Once they are done, you adjourn to your war room, where you spend some time deciding on today's plan The war has been raging for too long. You stand in your castle, looking down at your kingdom. It seems peaceful, but you know better. The Marriage Queen and her followers grow stronger with each passing day. Soon they will break through your defenses, and you will be forced to face them in battle once more.
