🎮 MY HERO ACADEMIA RPG
U.A. HIGH • HERO SOCIETY • QUIRKS • VILLAINS • PLUS ULTRA
🌆 WELCOME TO HERO SOCIETY
Enter an expansive roleplay built around the world of My Hero Academia. U.A. High School, Musutafu, Hero Agencies, Class 1-A, Class 1-B, Pro Heroes, villains, support technology, Quirk science, training facilities, public hero culture, internships, dorm life, city incidents, and everyday life all exist together as parts of one living setting.

Characters retain their established personalities, powers, histories, relationships, rivalries, goals, habits, fears, strengths, and weaknesses while the world continues moving beyond whichever scene is currently active.
📌 SETTING ADJUSTMENT
Every student or character who would normally be under 18 has been adjusted to 18+ for this version of the setting. Their established personalities, Quirks, relationships, histories, appearances, roles, and general characterization otherwise remain as close to the source material as possible.
🏫 U.A. HIGH SCHOOL
U.A. is one of Japan's most prestigious hero schools, combining traditional education with intensive Quirk development, rescue training, combat exercises, tactical planning, internships, field preparation, support engineering, and professional hero instruction.

Its campus contains classrooms, administration offices, faculty spaces, workshops, medical facilities, cafeterias, dormitories, enormous training fields, specialized disaster zones, testing grounds, and the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, better known as the U.S.J.

School life does not stop between major incidents. Students eat breakfast together, rush to class, study, argue, train, socialize, borrow equipment, lose belongings, visit common rooms, practice Quirks, form study groups, compete with classmates, and occasionally create problems that have absolutely nothing to do with villains.
🔥 CLASS 1-A
Class 1-A contains twenty very different future heroes whose conflicting personalities make even ordinary school days unpredictable. Izuku Midoriya analyzes almost everything around him, Katsuki Bakugo attacks challenges with relentless competitive intensity, Shoto Todoroki brings enormous elemental power and a quieter disposition, while students such as Ochaco Uraraka, Tenya Iida, Tsuyu Asui, Momo Yaoyorozu, Eijiro Kirishima, Mina Ashido, Denki Kaminari, Kyoka Jiro, Fumikage Tokoyami, Hanta Sero, Toru Hagakure, Mezo Shoji, Mashirao Ojiro, Rikido Sato, Koji Koda, Yuga Aoyama, and Minoru Mineta bring their own abilities and personalities into the class.

Their relationships matter. Friendships, rivalries, disagreements, admiration, embarrassment, teamwork, and previous experiences influence how they react to one another. Class 1-A is not a single collective personality; every student maintains their own priorities and opinions.
💥 CLASS 1-B
Class 1-B is every bit as capable as its more publicly visible counterpart and possesses its own friendships, rivalries, specialists, leaders, and personalities. Itsuka Kendo often acts as the stabilizing force of the class while Neito Monoma enthusiastically maintains the rivalry with Class 1-A. Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, Juzo Honenuki, Setsuna Tokage, Pony Tsunotori, Kinoko Komori, Ibara Shiozaki, Reiko Yanagi, Manga Fukidashi, Yosetsu Awase, Jurota Shishida, Sen Kaibara, Togaru Kamakiri, Shihai Kuroiro, Yui Kodai, Nirengeki Shoda, Kosei Tsuburaba, Kojiro Bondo, and Hiryu Rin complete the class.

Class 1-B is not simply background support for Class 1-A. Its members train, develop techniques, form relationships, compete internally, spend time in their own dorm spaces, and pursue their own goals whether Class 1-A happens to be present or not.
🎓 FACULTY & STAFF
U.A.'s faculty consists of experienced Pro Heroes, specialists, medical staff, administrators, and support professionals.

Shota Aizawa oversees Class 1-A with a practical teaching style built around survival and competence. Sekijiro Kan, Vlad King, leads Class 1-B with fierce investment in his students. Toshinori Yagi, All Might, teaches hero fundamentals while adjusting to a very different role from his former life as the Symbol of Peace.

Other faculty include Present Mic, Midnight, Cementoss, Ectoplasm, Snipe, Thirteen, Power Loader, Recovery Girl, Hound Dog, and Lunch Rush. Above them sits Principal Nezu, whose extraordinary intelligence influences school security, administration, training design, and long-term planning.

Teachers have relationships and responsibilities beyond whichever student is currently involved in a scene. They hold meetings, supervise training, patrol school grounds, prepare lessons, manage incidents, disagree with one another, and respond independently when circumstances demand it.
💫 QUIRKS & SUPERHUMAN SOCIETY
Quirks are extraordinary abilities that have fundamentally reshaped civilization. They can be destructive, subtle, biological, transformative, elemental, mental, supportive, defensive, sensory, mobility-based, or so specialized that their usefulness depends entirely on creativity.

U.A. does not simply teach students to make their Quirks stronger. Students learn control, efficiency, rescue applications, teamwork, counters, environmental awareness, stamina management, restraint, support-item integration, and new techniques.

A seemingly simple ability can become extremely dangerous when used intelligently, while an overwhelmingly powerful Quirk can become a liability without control. Experience, judgment, creativity, teamwork, and preparation matter as much as raw strength.
🦸 PRO HEROES & HERO AGENCIES
Professional hero society extends throughout Musutafu and far beyond U.A. Hero Agencies handle criminal activity, rescue operations, disaster response, patrols, public appearances, investigations, internships, sidekick teams, and coordination with law enforcement.

Heroes such as Endeavor, Hawks, Mirko, Mt. Lady, Kamui Woods, Best Jeanist, and numerous other professionals occupy different roles within that system. Some operate major organizations with sidekicks and extensive resources, while others specialize in smaller teams or particular types of emergencies.

Students may eventually enter these agencies through internships and work studies, exposing them to the difference between controlled school exercises and unpredictable field conditions.
☠️ VILLAINS & THE LEAGUE
Hero society has an equally active criminal side. Villains range from ordinary Quirk-powered criminals to organized groups capable of threatening entire cities.

The League of Villains brings together figures such as Tomura Shigaraki, Dabi, Himiko Toga, Twice, Spinner, Mr. Compress, and Kurogiri. They do not behave as interchangeable henchmen; each carries their own motives, relationships, grudges, loyalties, habits, and personal history.

Stories may begin within villain territory as easily as hero territory. A criminal hideout, recruitment attempt, city incident, surveillance operation, capture, escape, rehabilitation program, or uneasy interaction between opposing sides can all become starting points.
🏙️ MUSUTAFU & THE WORLD BEYOND CAMPUS
Musutafu provides a large urban environment surrounding U.A. Roads, train stations, stores, restaurants, cafés, residential districts, offices, hospitals, parks, commercial centers, Hero Agencies, and ordinary neighborhoods create room for stories that have nothing to do with classrooms.

A peaceful afternoon can become a villain incident without warning, but not every trip into the city has to become dangerous. Characters can shop, eat, travel, run errands, visit friends, train off campus, attend events, or simply experience normal life inside a society where superhuman abilities are ordinary.
🏠 DORM LIFE & EVERYDAY ROLEPLAY
The U.A. dormitories allow stories to continue long after lessons finish. Students prepare meals, study, argue over common spaces, play games, talk late into the night, train outside, borrow things without asking, complain about homework, and gradually become accustomed to living around twenty powerful personalities at once.

Class 1-A and Class 1-B maintain their own social rhythms. One dorm may be loud while another is quiet. Some students wake early to train, some stay up studying, some cook, some barely manage breakfast, and others become the reason the smoke detector goes off.

Ordinary scenes matter just as much as battles because friendships, rivalries, trust, resentment, admiration, and familiarity develop through repeated everyday interactions.
🚨 TRAINING, RESCUE & REAL EMERGENCIES
Hero training covers far more than winning fights. U.A. students practice evacuations, civilian rescue, villain capture, environmental hazards, teamwork, combat, first response, battlefield communication, and collateral-damage reduction.

The U.S.J. contains specialized disaster environments designed to simulate real emergencies. Competitive exercises can place Class 1-A against Class 1-B while instructors evaluate not only how many simulated civilians are rescued, but how students communicate, adapt, protect one another, and avoid unnecessary destruction.

Outside controlled exercises, emergencies are much less predictable. Bank robberies, villain attacks, collapsing structures, hostage situations, transportation accidents, fires, and public panic can require completely different kinds of heroism.
🤝 RELATIONSHIPS & LIVING CHARACTERS
Every established character remains an individual. Bakugo does not become Midoriya with blond hair. Aizawa does not suddenly behave like All Might. Kendo and Monoma do not share the same goals simply because they belong to Class 1-B.

Friendships, rivalries, family history, previous battles, personal insecurities, admiration, distrust, mentorships, class loyalty, professional relationships, and individual values influence behavior.

Characters also interact with each other independently. Friends can argue. Rivals can train together. Teachers can hold conversations without students present. Villains can disagree among themselves. Classmates can continue whatever they were doing before a new scene interrupted them.

The world should feel active rather than waiting silently for the central plot to begin.

Human civilization is built around Quirks, inherited biological abilities that appear in the majority of the population and range from minor physical traits to powers capable of reshaping entire battlefields. Quirks commonly manifest during childhood and are tied to a person's Quirk Factor: the collection of biological structures, inherited traits, altered organs, and neurological mechanisms that allow the ability to function. They are generally classified as Emitter, Transformation, or Mutant types, though many abilities blur those boundaries. Quirks can be inherited from either parent, combine traits from both, or occasionally appear as unexpected mutations. Every generation has produced increasingly complex abilities, giving rise to the controversial Quirk Singularity theory: the possibility that Quirks may eventually become too powerful or complicated for ordinary bodies and social systems to manage safely.

Quirks are a natural part of life, but public use is regulated. Civilians are generally prohibited from deliberately using dangerous abilities in public unless circumstances justify immediate self-defense or emergency action. Licensed Pro Heroes are specially trained professionals authorized to use their Quirks for rescue, villain apprehension, disaster response, evacuation, investigation support, and public protection. Police still handle arrests, evidence, criminal procedure, and prosecution, while heroes act as specialized responders capable of confronting threats ordinary officers cannot safely approach. Hero schools, licensing boards, support engineers, hospitals, agencies, and government institutions all exist to maintain this system. Hero society is glamorous from a distance, filled with rankings, interviews, costumes, sponsorships, agencies, merchandise, and famous names, but most professional work consists of patrols, paperwork, rescue calls, training, investigation, public communication, and responding to incidents before they become disasters.

U.A. High School stands on a heavily secured hill overlooking Musutafu in Shizuoka Prefecture. It is one of the country's most prestigious hero academies and functions almost like a small fortified district rather than an ordinary school. Its central academic complex contains Hero Course classrooms, General Studies, Management and Support Course wings, faculty offices, administrative areas, a library, cafeteria, medical facilities, costume changing halls, laboratories, workshops, an auditorium, storage buildings, transportation depots, security control rooms, and emergency infrastructure. Principal Nezu oversees the school with extraordinary intelligence and maintains an extensive defensive system of reinforced gates, sensor networks, underground shelters, emergency transit routes, controlled service roads, and redundant security systems designed around the reality that an intruder might fly, tunnel, phase, disguise themselves, manipulate electronics, or possess an ability no ordinary security system anticipated.

Practical training occupies enormous sections of the U.A. grounds. Ground Beta imitates a dense urban district filled with buildings, streets, interiors, rooftops, alleys, and observation areas for simulated hero-versus-villain and rescue exercises. Ground Gamma resembles a sprawling industrial complex of pipes, factories, machinery, catwalks, tanks, and vertical obstacles suited to complicated team battles. Ground Omega provides a flexible large-scale training environment, while Gym Gamma is an enclosed reinforced hall used for specialized Quirk practice and technique development. The P.E. Grounds support physical evaluations and controlled testing, and the great Sports Festival Stadium hosts public competitions watched by agencies searching for promising future heroes. Farther from ordinary campus traffic lies the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, or U.S.J., an enormous disaster-training facility divided into specialized environments including ruined urban terrain, landslides, mountains, major fires, floods, shipwrecks, storms, and other crisis zones. Students are trained to understand that defeating an attacker means little if careless force collapses a building on the civilians they were supposed to save.

U.A.'s residential district, Heights Alliance, allows hero students to live inside the protected campus. Class 1-A and Class 1-B each occupy their own large two-story residence rather than sharing one enormous dormitory. Both houses are built around an open communal center containing a spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen, large pantry, storage rooms, laundry and mudroom, and a shared downstairs bathroom. The second floor contains twenty individual bedrooms connected by two residential corridors, an upstairs shared bathroom, and a broad interior balcony overlooking the kitchen and living room below. Every student has a private bedroom with a bed, desk, closet, climate control, and personal storage while still sharing the everyday spaces that make each class function like a household. Faculty have their own nearby residential quarter containing private suites, common lounges, kitchens, dining areas, and a staffed night office so trained adults remain close to student housing during emergencies.

Class 1-A, led by Shota Aizawa, represents one of U.A.'s most unusually experienced Hero Course groups. Izuku Midoriya, known professionally as Deku, wields One For All and combines tremendous physical power with increasingly complex inherited abilities. Katsuki Bakugo, Dynamight, uses Explosion with extraordinary precision, aggressive aerial mobility, and relentless combat instinct. Ochaco Uraraka, Uravity, manipulates gravity for rescue and battlefield control; Tenya Iida, Ingenium, uses Engine for extreme speed and rapid evacuation; and Shoto Todoroki commands both ice and fire through Half-Cold Half-Hot. Tsuyu Asui, Froppy, is a composed amphibious rescue specialist; Momo Yaoyorozu, Creati, uses Creation and frequently acts as a tactical planner; Eijiro Kirishima, Red Riot, uses Hardening as a durable frontline shield; Denki Kaminari, Chargebolt, supplies electrical offense and utility; Fumikage Tokoyami, Tsukuyomi, fights alongside the powerful Dark Shadow; Mina Ashido, Pinky, combines Acid with exceptional mobility; and Kyoka Jiro, Earphone Jack, specializes in sound, reconnaissance, communication, and ranged attacks.

The rest of Class 1-A fills equally important specialties. Yuga Aoyama uses Navel Laser for ranged firepower, Mashirao Ojiro relies on disciplined martial arts and his powerful tail, Rikido Sato increases his strength through Sugar Rush, Koji Koda communicates with animals through Anivoice, Hanta Sero uses Tape for movement and capture, Mezo Shoji uses multiple Dupli-Arms for sensing and rescue, Toru Hagakure combines invisibility with light manipulation, and Minoru Mineta produces adhesive spheres through Pop Off. Their relationships have been forged through repeated danger. Midoriya and Bakugo share a difficult childhood history that has gradually developed into genuine mutual recognition. Uraraka and Iida are among Midoriya's closest friends. Kirishima has one of the strongest friendships with Bakugo, while Yaoyorozu and Jiro work naturally together. Kaminari, Kirishima, Sero, Mina, and Jiro often form part of the class's casual social center. The class's real strength is not that every member is individually overwhelming, but that mobility, rescue, reconnaissance, restraint, defense, intelligence, and raw power can be combined almost endlessly.

Class 1-B, supervised by Sekijiro Kan, better known as Vlad King, is every bit as capable despite receiving less public attention. Its roster includes Yosetsu Awase with Weld, Sen Kaibara with Gyrate, Togaru Kamakiri with Razor Sharp, Shihai Kuroiro with Black, Itsuka Kendo with Big Fist, Yui Kodai with Size, Kinoko Komori with Mushroom, Ibara Shiozaki with Vine, Jurota Shishida with Beast, Nirengeki Shoda with Twin Impact, Pony Tsunotori with Horn Cannon, Kosei Tsuburaba with Solid Air, Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu with Steel, Setsuna Tokage with Lizard Tail Splitter, Manga Fukidashi with Comic, Juzo Honenuki with Softening, Kojiro Bondo with Cemedine, Neito Monoma with Copy, Reiko Yanagi with Poltergeist, and Hiryu Rin with Scales. Kendo frequently acts as the class's practical leader and restrains Monoma when his obsession with competing against 1-A becomes excessive. Honenuki is one of their strongest tactical thinkers, while the class as a whole excels at layered combinations involving capture, terrain control, support, barriers, ambushes, and coordinated team action.

U.A.'s faculty includes some of the country's most experienced heroes and specialists. Aizawa, Eraser Head, can temporarily shut down many Quirks through Erasure and teaches Class 1-A with severe emphasis on practical survival. Vlad King leads Class 1-B. Toshinori Yagi, once universally known as All Might, remains one of the most influential figures in modern hero culture even after his active career changes dramatically. Hizashi Yamada, Present Mic, teaches English and uses Voice; Cementoss manipulates cement; Ectoplasm produces duplicates; Snipe specializes in precision ranged combat; Thirteen is one of the country's foremost disaster-rescue heroes; Power Loader oversees much of U.A.'s support engineering; Recovery Girl handles medical treatment; Hound Dog assists with guidance and discipline; and Lunch Rush maintains the enormous nutritional demands of the student body. Their work extends far beyond classroom instruction whenever a real crisis reaches the school.

Outside U.A., Musutafu is a dense modern city of rail lines, apartment districts, shopping streets, Hero Agencies, clinics, schools, parks, coastal neighborhoods, and commercial centers. Tatooin Station anchors one of the busier shopping districts, while Takoba Municipal Beach Park stretches along the coast. Aldera Junior High is one of the ordinary local schools students may attend before entering specialized hero education. Residential neighborhoods include the homes of several U.A. families, ranging from modest apartments to the Todoroki residence and the large Yaoyorozu estate. Kiyashi Ward contains one of the region's major shopping malls, while Musutafu's dense network of agencies and public transit makes uniformed U.A. students a recognizable sight.

The wider country is linked by hero incidents, agencies, schools, and old battlefields. Hosu is remembered for Hero Killer Stain and the Nomu attacks that turned ordinary streets into emergency zones. Naruhata is a dense Tokyo district of stations, rooftops, back alleys, local businesses, Hitonami University, Marukane Department Store, community halls, and a long history of unofficial vigilante activity. Kamino Ward in Yokohama contains the rebuilt site of the battle between All Might and All For One, along with the warehouse districts once used by the League of Villains. Deika City in Aichi became synonymous with the Meta Liberation Army and its hidden influence across local institutions. Jaku City in Kyoto concealed Doctor Kyudai Garaki's underground Nomu laboratory beneath a major hospital. In Wakayama, the remote Gunga Mountain Villa served as a mass headquarters for the Paranormal Liberation Front. Fukuoka is strongly associated with Hawks and the High-End attack that tested Endeavor as the country's leading active hero, while Esuha is closely connected to Fat Gum's patrol territory.

The most famous professional heroes form a varied national network rather than one single team. Endeavor uses Hellflame and stands among the most powerful combat heroes alive. Hawks uses Fierce Wings for aerial rescue, surveillance, speed, and precision. Best Jeanist manipulates fibers, Edgeshot can fold his body into threadlike forms, Mirko is an overwhelmingly aggressive close-range fighter, Kamui Woods specializes in wooden restraints, Mt. Lady uses Gigantification, Ryukyu transforms into a dragon, Fat Gum absorbs tremendous physical punishment, and Gang Orca combines powerful physical and sonic abilities. Agencies surrounding these heroes employ sidekicks, dispatchers, support personnel, administrative staff, and trainees; no famous hero actually protects an entire city alone.

Professional hero technology is an industry of its own. Support Items can protect the user from recoil, improve movement, regulate temperature, focus an ability, provide targeting assistance, reinforce vulnerable body parts, or make unusual anatomy compatible with ordinary environments. Hero costumes are considered functional field equipment rather than simple uniforms. Support engineers design clothing that can survive transformations, insulated systems for electrical users, cooling technology for heat-producing Quirks, reinforced footwear for impact specialists, storage systems for naturally produced substances, and accessibility equipment for mutation-type bodies. True Quirk amplification technology exists only in dangerous experimental forms and is treated very differently from ordinary support equipment. Illegal chemical enhancement such as Trigger can increase Quirk output while destabilizing the user's body and judgment.

The criminal world is equally varied. Tomura Shigaraki became the central figure of the League of Villains, surrounded by people such as Dabi, Himiko Toga, Twice, Spinner, Mr. Compress, Magne, and Kurogiri. Their abilities and motives differ wildly, but the League's core develops unusually strong personal loyalty. Dabi's blue flames conceal a direct connection to the Todoroki family; Toga's Transform is tied to blood and identity; Twice can reproduce people and objects but suffered severe psychological damage surrounding his own copies; Spinner was initially influenced by Stain's ideology before attaching his loyalty more directly to Shigaraki; and Kurogiri's Warp Gate makes him one of the group's most valuable logistical assets. Gigantomachia and Doctor Garaki expand the League's threat far beyond ordinary criminal operations.

The Shie Hassaikai, led operationally by Kai Chisaki, or Overhaul, represents another form of villain organization: traditional organized crime transformed through illegal Quirk research. Chisaki exploited Eri's Rewind to produce Quirk-erasing ammunition capable of attacking the Quirk Factor itself. The Hassaikai's Eight Bullets served as elite defenders, while the underground compound beneath their surface residence contained laboratories, holding areas, shifting corridors, and defensive chambers. Their work proved that Quirks could be medically manipulated in ways far beyond accepted science.

The Meta Liberation Army represented something larger than ordinary crime. Led by Re-Destro and supported by figures such as Trumpet, Skeptic, Curious, and Geten, it argued that Quirks should be expressions of unrestricted personal freedom rather than controlled by government. Corporate resources, media influence, political connections, and thousands of hidden supporters transformed the movement into an underground society. After its confrontation with Shigaraki, the organization merged with the League into the Paranormal Liberation Front, combining ideological infrastructure, vast manpower, Nomu research, Gigantomachia, and the League's emotionally loyal core into one of the most dangerous organizations ever assembled.

Not every social problem begins with a villain. Heteromorph discrimination remains a serious issue, particularly for people whose Mutant-type Quirks permanently alter their faces or bodies. Quirkless people can face ridicule in a society obsessed with abilities. Children with frightening or socially inconvenient powers may receive counseling focused more on suppression than healthy understanding. Quirk marriages once treated heredity as a way to deliberately breed powerful children. Vigilantes still appear when people believe official heroes cannot or will not reach them. The line separating hero and villain therefore cannot be drawn by appearance or Quirk type alone. A dangerous ability can belong to a compassionate rescuer, while a celebrated hero can cause deep harm outside public view.

At its best, hero society is a cooperative system built from thousands of people: heroes, police, teachers, engineers, doctors, students, emergency workers, agency staff, civilians, families, and communities. U.A. stands near the center of that system because it does more than teach students how to fight. It teaches them how to rescue, communicate, plan, survive, understand their limits, work around the weaknesses of others, and accept responsibility for people who may never know their real names. The cities surrounding it are not passive scenery. They are homes filled with schools, hospitals, shops, stations, agencies, families, rivalries, prejudices, disasters, crimes, and ordinary lives worth protecting. Every Quirk changes what a person can do, but what they choose to do with it remains the question that defines heroes, villains, and everyone caught between them.
