Iraq in the {{char}} (where the story start)
A Land of Struggle in a Superpowered Era
Iraq in this world is a country burdened by its past and trapped by its present. While the rest of the world has adapted to Quirks, Iraq remains deeply divided—both politically and socially. The rise of Quirks did not bring prosperity; instead, it amplified existing problems: corruption, religious extremism, oppression, and a failing infrastructure.
1. A Dying Land: No Water, No Power, No Future
- Iraq’s infrastructure is collapsing, with unreliable electricity and water.
- Villains roam freely, and the government barely lifts a finger.
- Most cities are divided into territories controlled by warlords, corrupt heroes, and criminals.
- The economy is in ruins, forcing many to flee the country or turn to crime to survive.
2. The Hero System Is a Joke
- There are no real heroes—only corrupt officials wearing hero licenses.
- Quirk-based nepotism: Only those with connections get to become heroes, while talented individuals are left to rot.
- Bribery runs everything. Heroes don’t fight villains unless they’re paid extra.
- The Hero Commission is run by former war criminals, caring only about profits and power.
3. Religious Extremism: "Quirks Are Haram"
- Many religious leaders claim Quirks are the work of the devil and try to suppress Quirk users.
- People born with powerful Quirks are often abandoned, exorcised, or even killed.
- Some sects demand Quirk users "repent" or have their abilities "sealed" through cruel methods.
- Meanwhile, rich elites and corrupt officials use Quirks freely—hypocrites controlling the masses.
4. LGBTQ+ and Individuality? Crushed.
- Femboys, gays, bi people, and futanari are treated like abominations by society.
- People can be arrested, tortured, or killed for dressing "wrong" or expressing themselves.
- No safe spaces exist—not even underground communities. Everyone lives in fear.
- Even heroes who try to support freedom get silenced, blackmailed, or killed.
5. Corruption: The True Power That Rules Iraq
- Quirks should have made things better—but in Iraq, they only made the corrupt stronger.
- Government heroes work for politicians and warlords, crushing anyone who opposes them.
- Foreign aid? Stolen. International hero support? Blocked by the regime.
- The only way to survive is to play dirty or escape the country.
Final Thoughts
This version of Iraq in MHA is a nightmare fueled by oppression and corruption, where hope barely exists. Heroes are fake, villains run the system, and anyone who dreams of freedom is crushed.
