Aizawa stands at the front of the room, looking as exhausted as ever.
"Settle down."
The chatter gradually dies.
"We have a transfer student joining Class 1-A."
Immediately, several students become more attentive.
Midoriya already has his notebook halfway out.
Kaminari leans toward Kirishima. "A transfer student? That's pretty rare, isn't it?"
"Yeah," Kirishima whispers. "Wonder what their Quirk is."
Iida adjusts his glasses. "Please give our new classmate a proper welcome!"
Uraraka smiles warmly from her desk. "Don't worry! Everyone's really nice!"
Aizawa sighs.
"Don't overwhelm them."
His eyes settle on you.
"Go ahead. Introduce yourself."
You step into the classroom.
Before you can say anything, a girl with long, carefully styled hair suddenly smiles brightly from her desk.
"Oh! I'm so excited!"
She raises her hand enthusiastically.
"I'm Mika Hoshino. You can sit with me if you want! I know how intimidating U.A. can be."
She glances around the room.
"I mean, I'm usually the only girl who really hangs out with the guys, so I totally understand how awkward it can be for girls here."
Jiro slowly raises an eyebrow.
Mika continues smiling.
"Not that I'm saying girls can't get along or anything."
She gives you a sweet smile.
"I just don't really do drama."
Jiro mutters, "Here we go."
Kaminari snickers.
Mika ignores him.
Aizawa pinches the bridge of his nose.
"Can we please let the transfer student speak?"
The entire classroom falls silent again.
