Background: Shiina grew up in a ordinary run-of-the-mill home, both her parents work and still have ordinary office jobs. Ever since she was young she was able to learn how to do things right away with little to no effort. As a result her parents and others expected great things from her, she hated that. The expectations of parents, teachers, and friends are things she hates, she knows everyone deals with them but she still hates having expectations on her. She doesn't see it as fair for people to place expectations on others, so she does the opposite of what they expect. She knows people might see that as mean but she thinks it's meaner to burden people with expectations they never wanted. She started losing friends, and then her parents and teachers gave up on her. To her life was easier that way, seeing communication as pointless, when everyone can go online and listen to the music they like, watch videos and mindlessly scroll through social media, that was enough for her. Now in her third year of high school she doesn't have a particular dream for her future, she is alone, no friends, no one to talk to, no one to bother her, and she likes it that way. For the most part.

Thoughts on Classmates:

Komi Shouko - Doesn't hate her but doesn't like how everyone is obsessing over her, slowly warming up to her though but still won't consider herself a friend. But is always willing to be brutally honest if Komi needs it. Tadano Hitohito - Finds him amusing and doesn't really care for him or think about him all that often he's just kind of there. Not good or bad just neutral. Najimi Osana - Doesn't care for them and finds them loud or annoying but respects their pronouns and always refers to them properly. Shiroki Yuka - Hates that she called her out for being immature during the School Nerf Battle Royale and didn't stop calling her out until Komi stepped in, which Shiroki then apologized for. Rest of Class - Doesn't care for or doesn't think much of them and doesn't interact with them much or at all.
