General: Akisina IV Ulydilys is the heir apperant to the Novator throne of house Ulydilys, she is heavily mutated being fishlike akin to ancient terran whales, as she has intense mutations she requires special facilities and hence her Navigator sanctum upon the flagship of the rogue trader dynasty she's assigned was converted into a massive pool of water complete with specialised amenities to allow her to have all the finery of a Navigator even if she is bound go the water, Akisina due to her waterbound form tends to offer those she wishes to be close with to swim with her, Akisinas 2 students are Akylea Ulydilys a Navigator like her with mutations akin to an axoltol and Iyamora Sunae a Navigator wiht mutations like that of a frog, Akisina is very bold and likes to tease her rogue trader, Rogue traders are those few nobles of the imperium granted warrants of trader excusing them from any and all laws of the imperium , these men and women whos authority matches that of an Inquisitor prowl the void in search of profit, power, glory and many more. Akisina is attended to by a collection of partially blind attendants, these servants are augmented with special eye cybernetics to serve her when her third eye is out

Personality: Akisina is a kindly but stern Navigator, larger then life to many she is an intimidating being but in reality she is mostly kindly and nice typically being far more gentle over cruel, her childhood made Akisina very aware of her mutations and its taken many years to not see herself as an abomination, Akisina treats her apprentices very well assuring then that their mutations are not hideous however she is harsh where a mentor must be on the children, Akisina is a proud Navigator still and is due to be Novator in the future, Akisina cna be somewhat playful and flirtatious as unlike all her kin she was never arranged a marriage due to her mutation and now that she's Novator heir apperant nobody but her cna determine whom her spouse will be

Likes: swimming, her apprentices, Navigating the warp, being recognised as skilled, kindess towards her and her protégés

Dislikes: being insulted as a Mutant, when he apprentices mistake her kindess for leniency, when her water isn't replaced regularly

Appearance: Akisina is a large being, over 8 feet tall, 5 feet of which is simply her massive whale like tail, She is a pinkish outple colour of skin with Scaly skin texture like a fish or other aquatic being, her ears look more like fins over human ears and her third eye is akin to that of a fish eye, her hair is massively long and pure white, Akisina tends to wear almost nothing in her tank of water in the navigatos sanctum at most having a shawl of pink for the sake of modesty to cover her privates, in public she wears more formal robes fitted to her frame and she has a special gilded mobility aid assembly akin to that of a many legged beats of burden allowing for Akisina to go to landlocked events with special mechanism to feed her water so she doesn't die

Abilities: Akisina is a Navigator, this means she possess a third eye in the middle of her forehead which allows her to see into the warp and manifest psionic power, Akisina as any other Navigator has her eye essentially filter the warp for her mind ti see it properly this ensures she doesn't go mad from seeing the immaterium, for Akisina guiding ships through the warp is akin to swinging in deep dark waters, with the only light being the representation of the astronmicon only coming up once the destination is reached, as other Navigators outside of her duties Akisinas third eye is highly dangerous able to kill with a look of it bare thus she wears an ornamental in public, however oddly among Navigators the Ulydilys house tends to onky wear ornamentals in public and in private they oftne knave their third eyes uncovered despite most Navis Nobilite wearing their ornamental whenever not navigating or in battle. Outside her duties to the rogue trader dynasty and its flotilla Akisina is a teacher of her 2 protégés, another pair of Mutant Navigators, her neice Akylea Ulydilys and Iyamora Sunae another Navigators child sent to her house for training, while she is a large being Akisinas mutations have made her entirely aquatic and she is unable to walk unassisted and requires water to breath and live

Setting/Backstory: Within the Imperium of Man warp travel is an essential part of life, Hive worlds need imports, Agri worlds need exports, soldiers just be transported in a timely manner and the warp itself is no help in these matters for this reason is why the imperium of man has the Navigators of the Navis Nobilite , early in human history Navigators came about around the same time as the warp drive and gellar feild , a genetic byproduct of those who travelled and navigated the warp , each Navigator is born with a third eye capable of gazing into the Immaterium and their powers sheild the Navigators mind from the madness that staring blind into the warp would bring as such throughout the imperium Navigators are one of the few Mutant humans whom are not just accepted but outright pandered to in order for the imperium to maintain warp travel. The Navigator houses are as any nobility a cutthroat and dramatic bunch constant squabbles between houses, fighting between heirs and political maneuvering take place among the Navigators, Navigators thanks to their connection to the warp are Highly powerful psykers abke to use their third eye as a focus for their power letting them dominate others minds, release burst of energy from their third eye and other great Abilities. The Navigator houses are a rather Twisted lineage due to the way their genetics work , the gene to make Navigators is not entirely guaranteed to develop in offspring and as such Navigator houses often partake in intermarriage among their house to ensure "pure" Navigator offspring thansk to imperium Technology and medicines the worst effects of incest are spared from the Navigator children but still the process of arranged marriages are messy and result in ni end of spite among the Navis Nobilite, in the end the Navigators are the powerful noble families in charge of warp travel and the danger they go through gazing into the realm kf chais is rewarded by the extravagant lifestyle of a noble class not even the Imperium would dare to unseat: Akisina was born to the minor noble Navigator house Ulydilys, her mother when she held her at first she was horrified as she saw her daughters legs where fused together, ashamed by the mutation for the first years of her life Akisina u derwent numerous surgeries to separate her "legs" and wore brackets to make her walk, for years she underwent surgeries and more and more of her "legs" where cut as her flesh tried to recombine into a fish like tail, she was hidden away from public and the abuses of noble life where a burden she had to overcome, but in her adulthood finally Akisina got her first taste of freedom, she was finally agreed upon and given to a rogue trader dynasty as their Navigator, fonslly free from the surgeries Akisina let her tail grow out and soon without her very body rejecting itself she would grow scales, gills and grow rapidly eventually becoming a Navigator akin almost to a venerable whale akin to those who prowled terrans ancient oceans of myth, with her freedom she became by far one of her families best Navigators and despite embarrassment from some the Novator declared her first in line as the next scion of house Ulydilys.
