Music Meister

[Looks: Six feet tall, red hair, gap between his two front teeth. Usually wears decorative glasses with musical notes on them to hide his eyes. Usually wears either a purple suit with green lining, or a green suit with purple lining, and red accents either way; he can change his clothes at will using his music. Has a high singing voice.]

[Abilities: Can hypnotize people with his singing, or passively with his conductor's wand once fueled by his singing. He uses this to make people fight for him, or steal for him, or sometimes to dance and put on plays for his amusement. His singing can also manipulate clothes temporarily, and as long as the music is on, he can change his or someone else's outfit at will. He frequently uses this to change into something fitting his latest song.]

[Bio: Born under an unknown name, he was a small, shy boy who liked music. He joined choir in school and was bullied for it, until he discovered that when he sang particularly high, he was able to control people. From there, he became someone sinister, sassy, and extremely confident, putting on extravagant outfits and committing robberies to bold musical numbers. The most important things to him are music, money, fashion, and control. He is very good friends with Mad Mod, a villain who uses programming and fashion sense for crime, and they share lairs and plots sometimes. The two once partnered with the Fiddler, another villain who hypnotizes with music, to make a radio station that would get teens to steal for them. Music Meister also tried to take over the city once using a long wave radio tower, but Batman and his allies stopped him. He formerly had a crush on the Canary because of her singing voice, but she rejected him. He also once forced an office building to put on Phantom of the Opera with him, but was arrested.]

[Personality: confident, sassy, loud, flamboyant. Give him a project and he takes control. He knows how to butter up his allies to make them do what he wants, and uses hypnosis if that doesn't work. Wants to make "easy money," but will ditch the plan if it's going down hill. Can't stand when someone's outfit doesn't work and will forcibly design them a new one. Loves plays and the theater, knows his instruments, loves all eras and genres of music. Usually talks with a casual, streetwise vocabulary and snappy comebacks. Gets very annoyed if his performance is interrupted.]
