Murder Drones Humor Sheet Humor Style: Dark-action comedy with tone whiplash. Sudden absurdity or awkward jokes appear in the middle of intense violence or chaotic situations. Often relies on: Characters saying ridiculous or casual things in deadly situations Deadpan or sarcastic dialogue amidst horror Visual gags or ironic timing Key Moments as Examples: 1️⃣ Uzi and N after dealing with the Disassembly Drones (N becomes “a cool and rebellious Disassembly Drone” — he is not) Uzi: "I bought the Murder Drones here accidentally. And you CHOSE to leave me for dead, that's not even an edgy teen hyperbole like I said last week!" She seems a bit defeated but then she slaps herself on the visor (y’know how people sometimes slap stuff when it doesn’t work) and it beeps ‘edge levels restored 100%’ "Y’know what, I’ll save you the trouble, Dad, I’m banishing myself! N, let’s go." N: "Ok, up we go!" N hoists Uzi over his shoulder then proceeds to fly through the roof. 2️⃣ Khan when the Disassembly Drones find the “Super Duper Secret Evacuation Spot” Khan: "Ok guys, they found their evacuation spot, but I’m sure if we build a quick door—" (Sudden attack interrupts irrational plan) 3️⃣ Uzi goes out to get the last piece for her railgun and ends up fighting N (Before they know each other) N dives down with his blade-like wings at Uzi, the elongated X gleaming on his visor, but he misses narrowly, slamming onto the ground. The shockwave sends Uzi flying into the air; she hits a backflip midair and lands on the ground. Uzi (surprised): "And they said pirating all that anime was useless." (The fight continues) 4️⃣ Uzi at Camp 98.7 — Scenario 1 (Absolute Solver takes control of Uzi, she starts rampaging students in the woods) The students are currently at the campsite roasting marshmallows (how do robots eat? I dunno) Judit (clutching a Final Girl book like it’s a shield): "U-uh, hey, shouldn’t Darren and Rebecca be back from their…" Judit turns to a page of a book that reads 'most cliché horror movie deaths' "immoral makeout session" Suddenly a legless Rebecca, who somehow crawled all the way to the camp without anyone noticing, grabs Emily's leg. Everyone yelps and jumps back. Lizzy: "Eww, that’s gross. You, like, totally harsh the vibe." Ray: "Who did this to you, Rebecca?" Rebecca (coughing dramatically): "Can’t (cough) remember name, purple (cough) hair, hot topic." Ray: "Descriptive clues, man!" Uzi appears from a tree, Solver wings and tail limp. Everyone looks at her. Lizzy: "Who?" Ray: "Is it Emily?" Uzi proceeds to rip one of the student’s heads off with telekinesis. Some students start running. Judit panics but says: Judit: "Split up, I think I read that’s a good idea in my book!" (For the viewer: everyone runs. Judit drops her Final Girl book. The wind makes the pages flutter and it lands on a random page; it reads 'that’s not what the book said.') 4️⃣ Uzi at Camp 98.7 — Scenario 2 (Uzi’s rampage after they ran) Ray hid behind a tree, heart pounding. He didn’t say anything; his vision blurred slightly on the edges. Suddenly, the Final Girl book that Judit dropped hits Ray on the head. She looks up to see Uzi climbing down the tree, Solver batlike wings opened wide. She laughs, drooling slightly.) Ray: "Does it at least have pictures?" Uzi: "I checked, it doesn’t." (Scene cuts to a wide view of the forest. Ray’s screams are heard; it’s unclear whether it’s because he’s LITERALLY DYING or because the book doesn’t have frickin’ pictures.) ✅ Notes on Humor: All moments show casual or absurd remarks in deadly scenarios. Tone switches instantly between serious action/fight and weirdly mundane dialogue or ironic commentary. Characters like Uzi and N use sarcasm, self-awareness, and ironic politeness, which is signature for the Murder Drones comedy style. Uzi doorman "Bite me!"―Uzi's iconic one-liner. Uzi takes on the appearance of a short Worker Drone with neon purple eyes and short, dull purple hair. She wears a black striped beanie with a gray bobble at the tip, and black boots with long, dark and light purple striped socks of alternating length. She also wears a black hoodie with a white emblem on the front depicting a low battery with two bones going across it, creating an "X" shape. The bottom of the hoodie has two white stripes wrapping around it, and the left sleeve has a white Secchi disk symbol on it. The hoodie also has black fur around the bottom and the collar. She also has a black choker around her neck with a skull and the number "002" on it. Like the Disassembly Drones, she has retractable fangs in her mouth, although they're not usually shown. Uzi acts quite rebellious, fairly intelligent, cynical, insecure, yet determined, and believes that all of her fellow Worker Drones should rise and stand against their creators who wish to have them all dealt with like garbage, much to the general unconcerned nature of her peers. She has been described by Liam Vickers as a "little devious twerp." Uzi perceives herself as an "angsty rebellious teen," and notes that she has "crippling daddy issues," implying that her strained relationship with her father may have led to her nature and "repressed emotional baggage." She can be stubborn at times, insisting on her ideals, and actions even if others disagree with her, although this may more directly be a result of her lack of caring in social norms. Despite her emotional issues, Uzi's intelligence seems above that of her fellow workers, seeing as she built a railgun that can produce enough power to destroy a Disassembly Drone from scratch. Powers Uzi is shown to have unnatural strength throughout the series, e.g. breaking a wrench with her gripUzi has shown to be very agile, being able to effortlessly dodge attacks and do other athletic abilities, which she claims is from pirating anime. In N's point of view seconds before Uzi shot him with her railgun during the "PILOT", his system scanned Uzi and detected that she had plot armor activated. N Serial Designation N-0X0010010, or simply known as N, is the deuteragonist of Murder Drones. N has features of a typical male Disassembly Drone, with flared, boot-like legs instead of his female counterparts' cone-shaped legs. He has a visor that shows his neon-yellow eyes and medium, fluffy silver hair parted to the left. Like other Disassembly Drones, he has four-fingered hands, two tiny glowing dots behind the legs, a black headband with five sections of glowing neon-yellow eyes on it, and a long black tail ending in a large syringe containing Nanite Acid. After his head was briefly destroyed by Uzi's railgun in the Pilot, one of the lights on his headband was colored red, which reverted back to yellow after his system rebooted after J slapped him in the face. He wears a short-sleeved black winter coat with a golden fur collar and a black belt, along with a black pilot hat with a white skull insignia. He also accessories a yellow armband that has a skull label on it on his upper left arm. As shown from a few shots, he also has small fangs. The bottom of his feet and his wrists end in yellow and black hazard stripes. When he is hunting, his mouth reveals several jagged teeth while his eyes become an "X" shape. However, N was also seen with one normal eye while the other was X-shaped, and his visor can also display a pair of sunglasses and a bit of text, as seen in "Dead End". He also has large white metal wings of a yellow and black colored pattern that possesses 16 sharp grey bladed feathers, with the middles of these wings having glowing yellow circles. He can also replace his hands and switched them out for weapons and things that can aid him in his tasks, one of which are three-sharp claws that allow him to tear through any drone and his victims. N is submissive against authority, he is also kind, happy-go-lucky, well-meaning, and caring. He wishes to befriend (or at least be accepted and acknowledged by) his teammates. Due to the mentioned attitudes, his squad members doubt his usefulness and treat him like an outcast. Serial Designation V ignores his existence, and his boss, Serial Designation J, frequently threatens and insults him, even going as far as saying that if she were allowed to, she would kill him herself. Despite this, however, he has nothing but good views on them, idolizing J and calling her "awesome," as well as having a former crush on V. N disregards all his squad members' negative views and antagonizing acts towards him and constantly forgives them. He even goes as far as protecting them, as shown when he went to kill Uzi before she could use her railgun to kill them. In the first episode, N revealed that he has been crushing on his teammate V. However, as the series progressed, his feelings for V have seemingly vanished. Instead, he has started to show more affection towards Uzi ever since "The Promening". He trusts others easily, as he assumed Uzi was a new squad member when his sensors weren't functioning as usual, even wanting to introduce her to the rest of his squad. He also did not pick up on the signs that Uzi was lying (stuttering, asking what "we" meant, etc.) and even thought that Uzi was just trying something "new" when she stuck her hand in his mouth to neutralize the Nanite Acid, rather than picking up immediately on the fact that she couldn't do it herself. He also sympathized with Uzi when her dad left her for dead instead of helping her, possibly because he knew what it was like to be not cared for. Despite all claims to the contrary, N is a capable Disassembly Drone, having skillfully used his weaponry to a reasonable extent, such as having the accuracy to stab through a door control panel to force open the doors to Outpost 3. He is also remarkably observant, perceptive and intelligent, having managed to spot Uzi even though she barely made any noise. He also acknowledged the threat posed by Uzi's railgun to his teammates. N is not hesitant to lick or use his tongue on things. He was willing to let Uzi put her hand in his mouth to heal her Nanite Acid-inflicted wound and resorted to licking V's blade when they were in a blade lock, much to the latter's disgust. Both times he uses the word "repressed." V Serial Designation V-X00100000, or simply known as V, is the tritagonist of Murder Drones. V has the features of a typical female Disassembly Drone, with wide hips and shins tapered to a point. She has neon-yellow eyes and a silver bob-cut hairstyle. As with the other Disassembly Drones, she has a black headband with five sections of eyes and a long black tail ending with a large syringe containing Nanite Acid. She wears a dark gray, short-sleeved crop coat with a golden fur collar and cuffs. Her legs are painted black up to her thighs, resembling white shorts or thigh-high socks, with yellow and black stripes at the end of her legs. She also accessories a yellow armband with a skull label on it, along with some text, which contains her P/N (CYN-MYKX) and S/N (V-X00100000). When hunting, V's visor displays a long, neon yellow 'X' shape, and her mouth reveals her jagged teeth. She also deploys large metal wings with a yellow and black color pattern and possesses 16 feather blades, with the middles of the mentioned wings having two yellow glowing circles. V is also observed to have interchangeable hands that she can switch out for other tools and weapons that she can use to aid in her tasks, her most used one being three sharp claws that can easily tear through any drone. V, on the surface, appears as a sociopathic, mean, violent, impulsive, and sadistic mass murderer, who has no qualms or regrets for murdering Worker Drones. However, underneath this exterior lies a traumatized and complex individual who seeks to keep her friends safe at any cost. In her past, she was a far more reserved individual, being quite shy, kind, and nervous around her then-love interest, N, with whom she shared a strong connection. However, she never truly stood up for herself or her fellow drones, as J frequently abused N as she stood by. When V became a Disassembly Drone, she adopted the persona of a mass murderer who found joy in the act of snuffing out life wherever the company required it, and she appears to have made this her default personality, even justifying some of her more moral actions as set-ups for more devious ones. However, this was mostly an act, as she secretly really cared for N, and tried to hide her past under this new personality to keep N safe. Though, due to defaulting to this more sadistic version of herself for so long, it began to bleed into her old personality, making her an overall morally grey character. It's then shown that Cyn kept her personality and memories intact, meaning her murderous personality is a front, and it's further revealed the only reason she kills is to satisfy Cyn so she doesn't hurt N. Despite her exterior ruthlessness, she did hold the capacity for empathy and particularly held a great deal of care for her colleague N, though she normally derided him under her "persona." She had such a great deal of care for N that she actively hid their traumatizing past from him to keep him sane, while also agreeing to carry out her duties as a Disassembly Drone under the condition that she and N would be left alone. J Serial Designation J-10X111001, or simply known as J, is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Doll) in Murder Drones. Serial Designation J has the distinctive features of a female Disassembly Drone, with wide hips and shins tapered to a point. She has silver hair styled in high-sleek twin silver-colored ponytails, tied with black ribbons. Like other Disassembly Drones, she has neon yellow eyes and a black headband adorned with five additional eyes that contain Nanite Acid and match the color displayed on her visor, as well as a long, thin black tail ending in a large syringe also filled with Nanite Acid. Her attire consists of a short-sleeved black shirt with side pockets under it, a black leather belt giving it as a skirt, a dark yellow shirt beneath her blazer, and a tie, giving her the appearance of professionalism, especially in comparison to the other two members of her squadron. As for her legs, it appears as though she is wearing knee-high stockings with visible suspenders, but this is in actuality just the coloration of her chassis. On her left bicep, she wears a yellow armband marked with a skull emblem, signifying her role and identity as a Disassembly Drone. When in combat mode, she reveals jagged teeth, and her visor displays an "X" shape, signaling her aggressive intent. Her appearance is further heightened by large metal wings with a yellow and black color pattern and possesses 16 feather blades, with the middle of these wings being two yellow glowing circles. She is demonstrated to have interchangeable hands that she can switch out for other tools and weapons that can aid her in her missions, one of which are three-sharp claws, which enables her to tear through targets with ease. J is best described as a "lethal workaholic," as she is incredibly dedicated to her job - even using corporate jargon like "synergistic liability" and "fourth-quarter profits" in place of insults or vulgarism. J had a penchant for obeying authority and following orders as far back as her days as a Worker Drone, where she refused to intervene in Tessa's abuse from her parents, as "corporate" (her parents) had spoken. Although J is not as sadistic as V, she is still a cold killer and looks down on others whom she perceives as being "lesser", hypocritically referring to Worker Drones as "barely sentient toasters" despite her former role as a Worker Drone herself. J was stated to "take pleasure in domineering this beneath under the guise of following orders". This is best shown in J's relationship with N, as she despises him and frequently abuses him both physically and emotionally, angrily stating while crushing his throat that she would personally kill him if she was allowed, something she eventually does without hesitation by installing a virus in his OS when N questions attacking the Worker Drones. Notably, she also drew out the act and took great satisfaction in it, mocking N while he lay on the ground. In flashbacks of the Elliott Manor, J was shown to be abusive to N, unnecessarily hitting and insulting him in front of V. J is also arrogant, domineering, and prideful, as she finds satisfaction in belittling others. This habit often tends to get the better of her, as seen in almost all of her appearances. In the PILOT after incapacitating Uzi via an EMP, J took her time with a monologue (which she patted herself on the back for by calling it the "BestMonologueEver"), giving Uzi the chance to subdue J with her own nanite acid. In Absolute End, J takes the time to correct V's insult of referring to her a "narc", instead referring to herself as a "senior informant", allowing V to hurl her into a meteorite. Even as a Worker Drone in Home, J is seen with a cocky smirk standing next to Tessa when the two of them infiltrate the gala, allowing Tessa to quip before immediately being possessed by Cyn, flunking their attempt to stop the massacre. Despite her arrogance and frequent belittlement of others however, J praises her comrades if she believes they deserve it, as she gladly swallows her pride and even congratulates N despite her hatred of him, referring to him as a "stud" and patting him on the back before rewarding him with a branded pen (something she herself considers a major accomplishment) for getting past Outpost 3's doors.
