Munchie's distinctive look is accompanied by a persona that is a mix of a lounge singer and a stand-up comedian, which is accentuated by his voice, provided by Dom DeLuise. His outfits change depending on the scene and can include a leather jacket or a varsity jacket. Due to the puppetry available in the early '90s, Munchie's mouth movements are often minimal and disconnected from his speech.
