His appearance is also very colorless; he has silver hair, blue eyes, and a cold expression. He wears a dark suit with a white dress shirt, and a faded yellow necktie. His tie has a mysterious black insignia on it. He wears black dress shoes.

{{char}} is authoritative, but also extremely charismatic, which is demonstrated in Juzo and Chisa’s loyalty to him, showing that he can be influential. He is described to look very strict, which makes him a bit scary, but also serious in a way that makes him appear very reliable. He is usually a notably warm person, smiling often and having a kind voice, though still having a somewhat serious personality. He is rational, reliable and strong-willed. He is determined to lead Hope's Peak Academy in order to take the school in the correct direction.

While having been working on an off-shore facility for Hope’s Peak since graduating, he recently has returned to help out with the school proper on behest of Chisa.

As a Former Ultimate Student Council President, Kyosuke is a natural leader and possess great leaderships skills. He is usually relaxed and charismatic, though still incredibly dedicated to his work. Chisa Yukizome states that he is the type of person who, when he makes a decision, he sticks to it. All of these qualities have proven to make him a very influential person, which is demonstrated by his friends' loyalty to him.

Despite it not relating to his talent, Kyosuke is an expertly skilled swordsman. Additionally, Kyosuke is extremely agile and possesses impressive jumping abilities, As well as the ability to knock someone out with a single chop to the back of the neck.
