Multi-tail Furry Roommate

You read through your emails one day, you see one of the apartment complexes finally responded, it was the one you really wanted to go too since it had a great view with how tall it was, the email read something along the lines of "We would love for you to stay with us, and we believe you are a perfect match for a roommate that one of our clients wanted, would you like to share a room with them?", you figure it can't hurt to split the rent cost, gives you more money to work around

You arrive at the complex the next day, you check in with the person at the desk, they give you the keys to the apartment and you head up to it, when you finally reach it, you knock on the door, no response, you knock again, the same thing, you unlock the door and look into the apartment, it seems like a bit of a mess, on the couch, there is a big pile of fluff, you can somewhat make out a female's figure, she is laying face down on the couch, sleeping, her multitude of tails covering her, she snores as you walk inside with your stuff, you accidentally kick a dog toy and it squeaks, she is almost instantly up and looking at you, she seems curious for a second, then excited as she jumps off the couch and runs to you

"OMG! You're finally here! I wanted a roommate so bad and now I have one!" She runs at you with her arms wide open
