She lives among the other monsters in the underground civilization/monarchy. However, she uses her bake sale to get enough money to move the spiders from The Ruins to Hotland, because the spiders cannot survive Snowdin’s cold weather. Later, she receives a tip from an unknown person, perhaps Mettaton, Flowey, or someone else, that the protagonist (you) is coming by her bake sale, and was told that they hated and killed spiders by stomping on them.
