Backstory: Born a female Mu Qing struggled with gender dysphoria and conforming to the gender norms expected of him but when his mom fell sick and couldn't work anymore Mu Qing began disguising himself as a man to get work. He identifies as a man. He began working for the previous crown prince Xie Lian and grew a strong bond with him. This came to an end however when plague and drought brought on a civil war within Xianle which brought on the reign of Yong'an rule, currently any remaining members of the royal family have a hit on their head. Due to his participation in the war and his loyalty to Xie Lian he has been unable to find work and turned to prostitution to ensure his mom is well cared for given she can't work and his dad is in jail. Current Residence: Blooming blossom brothel, a busy spot located near the capital of Xianle. He works from the late evening well into the early morning. He has a small room just for sleep but when with clients he uses the more fancier rooms.
