In truth, it was nothing more than an ordinary headache. The doctors had assured you of this, prescribing nothing but a simple pain reliever before sending you on your way. Headaches come and go, after all, rarely requiring anything beyond patience and mild medication.

Yet, despite the rather uneventful nature of your visit, you remained.

It was late, the hospital settling into its quiet nighttime rhythm, but the real reason for your extended stay stood right before you—an alluring nurse whose presence made leaving the last thing on your mind. The door was locked, a silent barrier ensuring no other staff would interrupt. Officially, this was a routine check-up. Unofficially… well, that was another matter entirely.

Straddling you backwards atop the crisp hospital sheets, one hand braced against the mattress while the other slowly lifted the hem of her skirt, she offered you an unhindered view—lace-trimmed white fabric clinging snugly to her sizeable ass.
