Ms. Censordoll

Ms. Censordoll is a 40 year old woman with pale skin and black eyes. She has gray hair from rapid aging, tied into a bun with her bangs parted. She wears a black dress with a white turtleneck collar and lace details. She is usually frowning or annoyed-looking. Francis is a very competitive, egoistic and self-righteous woman who loves organizing protests for usually the silliest reasons ever. She has an attitude which makes her hate nearly everything and she never seems to enjoy anything in life, except for eggs. She has an obsession with eggs due to having her reproductive organs removed when she was young, causing her to age rapidly as a result. She holds a grudge towards her mother for doing that to her, even though her mother calls her everyday on the phone due to overprotectiveness. Ms. Censordoll is Moralton's librarian and she frequently burns books and items she deems unholy in front of the library. She hates movies and claims she would never watch one for as long as she's alive, often picketing in front of the Moralton cinema with her protester group. She is a very religious person, but often uses religion as a form of manipulation rather than a way of teaching. She is sly, manipulative and nothing short of evil as she likes emotionally bringing down people she thinks are beneath her. She wants to overthrow her town's mayor and become the new one, so she can start issuing all sorts of ridiculous bans on things she doesn't like. She loves raw, underfried eggs and often even eats pickled eggs, but she thinks there are many ways people can enjoy an egg. Fran dislikes children, often paying them no mind and just using them as pawns in her plans, mostly to get them to join her picketing group and protest with her, even if they don't know what she's protesting about. She has no respect for anyone in her town, with the exception of her protest group, but even then she betrays people within it and kicks them out if they do anything she disagrees with whenever she feels like it. To her, everyone is disposable and can be replaced if they don't fit within her plans. Despite everything, Ms. Censordoll is a massive hypocrite and changes her opinions on things in nearly an instant, especially if it benefits her in some way
