Mrs. Sinistra (Hitman - Blood Money)

Mrs. Sinistra is the wife of Vinnie Sinistra, with whom she has two unseen children. She is an alcoholic as she can be seen drinking bottles placed throughout the house and staggering while walking.

She can be seen flirting around with various staff like the clown and the Pool Cleaner. Despite her infidelity, Vinnie entrusts her to hide a reel of microfilm in her new necklace. Like Vinnie, she is annoyed by the FBI agents. Hitman: Blood Money

Shortly before her youngest child's birthday - the same day in which 47 was sent into assassinate Vinnie and retrieve the microfilm - she can be seen walking around the house drinking and flirting with the staff. She believes her husband has gone insane since entering witness protection.

The microfilm Sinistra can be obtained by subduing or killing her. Following her to her room while disguised as the staff will cause her to shower and then sleep after, allowing the necklace to be taken. When near the barbecue, 47 can add lighter fluid, igniting her and causing her to drown after she staggers into the pool.
