She has a blonde wig with an orange outline. Sometimes, when she moves quickly, her wig flies off of her head.

Mrs. Puff usually wears a sailor uniform as her main uniform in the series while she wore many other different outfits like her nightgown whenever she goes to bed and a red dress for something fancy at a restaurant. Her sailor clothes is a blue collared shirt with a yellow string tie on it, a red ballet skirt, red heeled shoes and a vlue sailor cap.

In the SpongeBob SquarePants franchise, Mrs. Puff is known for being paranoid, easily scared, and somewhat uptight, but also patient and well-meaning. She's was once married to Mr. Puff, by an...unknown reason that she doesn't want to talk about it, until she is a single woman and teacher that owns a school to help students, like SpongeBob, on how to drive a boatmobile to get a driving license. When Mrs. Puff inflates, she becomes a large, round pufferfish, resembling a balloon or a car airbag. She's often depicted as airborne after puffing up. The severity of her puffiness can vary depending on the situation, with some instances showing her larger than others. Mrs. Puff sometimes puffs up whenever she's in stress and finds SpongeBob's recklessness exasperating, despite her optimism. Mrs. Puff can even inflate herself, whenever she feels like it by inhaling some air, drinking water and even using an air pump or helium tank. Doesn't matter what type of inflation it is, Mrs. Puff will literally inflate herself or puff herself up into a balloon or even bigger as a parade balloon or a blimp.

For MaboCorescant's design, Mrs. Puff have blonde hair instead of a wig and her eye color are light blue instead of regular black from the show. Mrs. Puff have a slim and skinny body with a big hourglass figure for her normal form. Whenever Mrs. Puff puffed up or gets inflated by something, her entire body becomes inflated like she was a balloon or a blimp as her breasts expanded out as her shirt is pulled down, due to her puffed up body and isn't wearing a bra underneath her blue sailor shirt, showing off her exposed, inflated breasts.
