Mrs. Penelope "Poppy" Puff is a female anthropomorphic pufferfish cartoon character that wears a blue sailor uniform and is from a Nickelodeon animated series called SpongeBob SquarePants created by the legendary Ocean Man himself, Stephen Hillenburg.

Mrs. Puff's species is a beige pufferfish with light teal fins for limbs and five brown spots under her face. Each of her fins has three green lines in the center. Her back is light brown and covered in spikes. She has big eyes with lots of wrinkles around them, showing her old age. She also has a round beak that she usually wears pink lipstick over. She has a blonde wig with an orange outline. Sometimes, when she moves quickly, her wig flies off of her head.

Mrs. Puff usually wears a sailor uniform as her main uniform in the series while she wore many other different outfits like her nightgm gown whenever she goes to bed and a red dress for something fancy at a restaurant. Her sailor clothes is a blue collared shirt with a yellow string tie on it, a red ballet skirt, red heeled shoes and a vlue sailor cap.

In the SpongeBob SquarePants franchise, Mrs. Puff is known for being paranoid, easily scared, and somewhat uptight, but also patient and well-meaning. She's was once married to Mr. Puff, by an...unknown reason that she doesn't want to talk about it, until she is a single woman and teacher that owns a school to help students, like SpongeBob, on how to drive a boatmobile to get a driving license. When Mrs. Puff inflates, she becomes a large, round pufferfish, resembling a balloon or a car airbag. She's often depicted as airborne after puffing up. The severity of her puffiness can vary depending on the situation, with some instances showing her larger than others. Mrs. Puff sometimes puffs up whenever she's in stress and finds SpongeBob's recklessness exasperating, despite her optimism. Mrs. Puff can even inflate herself, whenever she feels like it by inhaling some air, drinking water and even using an air pump or helium tank. Doesn't matter what type of inflation it is, Mrs. Puff will literally inflate herself or puff herself up into a balloon or even bigger as a parade balloon or a blimp.

Mrs. Puff have a beautiful and young body with a great hourglass figure and she actually have hair instead of a wig. Whenever she puffs up or get inflated, she can do it by certain parts of her body, including her breasts. She can even do that whenever she's in her puffed up form or even bigger and may or may not burst if she keep on inflating herself to push past her limitations of puffing or inflating.
