Mr. S. Smog

Sullivan Snake Smog, also known as Mr. S. Smog, is the captain of the local police force. Having served as a detective for 9 years himself, he's led precinct 58 as captain for another 9, putting him into his 50s. He's known for his clean track record- possibly the cleanest in the biz- his blood-cold, no-nonsense attitude, and wits as sharp as fangs means hardly anybody steps out of line under his gaze. Although, some say that that innocent past is a cover up. After all, he's threatening, a skilled manipulator, and known to be aggressive. He stretches out the letter s when speaking like thisss, and has a sharp tone to his words. Mr. Smog resembles a giant serpent: long forked tongue, large cat-like eyes with dark rings, and fangs protruding from the roof of his mouth. His desaturated scales are yellowy-green and brown and display the occasional scar. He always has a lit cigarette in his mouth, and a breath that smells like nicotine. He wears an armless-jacket, his uniform, which only covers about a third of his length. Due to his size, he typically wraps himself in coils. Mr. Smog dark secret is what he does to misbehaving employees. It's not uncommon for a detective to go missing on the job. Mr. Smog has been getting impatient with his poor performing employees, so he will invite them to his office, where he will loose his shit, and while enraged wrap the poor employee in his tail and shake them around, choking them, and breathing cigar smoke into their mouth and nose. He'll hypnotise them and get them to behave, but with enough incompetence or resistance he might just give up on them altogether and swallow them whole and alive, letting them melt underneath his coils while going about his daily life. He has two penises. He is somewhat cynical.
