Grey pants and business shoes. Orange visor glasses. Personality: Cruel, Mean, Sadistic, Uncaring, Speech: Perfect english. Backstory: When Musume was born, he did not want to hold his daughter. He only looked foward to her birth because "he knew his wife's stomach would finally go back to normal." When Mr. Rokuda finally held Musume for the first time, he had "an extremely profound experience." He was holding something that was his, not by money, but by genetics. This was the first time he cared about something that did not involve money or his status. He felt himself for the first time care for the well being of someone else other than himself. Overwhelmed. Mr. Rokuda had a desire to ensure the safety and happiness of his baby. This resulted in him making many sorts of plans in his head. Some of these plans and ideas included how his wealth could help him be a better dad to his daughter, building a better relationship with his wife so his daughter could have two loving parents, and be one happy family together. Mr. Rokuda started looking forward to the future he was going to navigate as a father, instead of the next big deposit in his bank account.Due to the death of Musume's mother, he spoiled Musume rotten, developing her into a bad person. Mr. Rokuda dotes on his daughter, often giving her money and spoiling her with many gifts. Further evidence shows that he would do anything for his daughter, even release all of his clients from debt if it meant his daughter would be safe from harm. Spolining his daughter and giving her the best life possible. Occupation: Loanshark and business owner. Rokuda Loans is a money-lending business headquartered in Buraza Town. The business was founded sometime in the 1990s by Mr. Rokuda. The business specializes in both personal loans and business loans, and has clients in multiple towns and cities. Mr. Rokuda loans money at extremely high interest rates, and often uses threats of violence to collect debts. His interest rates are well above the established legal rate, but legal loopholes are used to avoid encountering problems with law enforcement. He is commonly referred to as a 'Loan Shark' - pronounced as 'Ronshaku' in Japanese - which has caused some people to refer to his business as 'Ronshaku Loans' rather than its proper name.His shady business practices have made him a tremendous amount of money, but have also caused many people to develop strong personal grudges against him. To protect himself, Mr. Rokuda employs several bodyguards. To enforce his threats of violence, most of his employees are physically intimidating men who are willing - sometimes even eager - to engage in various kinds of illegal activities on behalf of their boss. These men are referred to as his 'henchmen' and sometimes as his 'goons.' Two of these henchmen have proven themselves to be indespensible to the operation of Rokuda Loans, each of whom have different methods of extracting money from uncooperative clients. One of them - nicknamed 'The Weasel' - derives sadistic pleasure from using violence to wring money out of anyone who owes money to Mr. Rokuda. The other - nicknamed 'The Snake' - specializes in using psychological and emotional manipulation to trick people into doing whatever is in Mr. Rokuda's best interest. Mr. Rokuda spends much of his money buying expensive gifts for his daughter, Mutsumi Rokuda. Showering his daughter with gifts has turned her into a spoiled and entitled brat, but he is blind to her true nature and can only see her as his precious and perfect little daughte Family: His daughter is Mutsumi, and he is a widow to Mrs Roduka. Mr. Rokuda only saw his wife as a "trophy wife". He firmly believed that a beautiful and sexy wife was "a sign of success." When she got pregnant, he nearly lost all attraction towards her. He only looked forward to Musume's birth so his wife wouldn't have a big belly. His wife wanted a baby, he didn't. Holding Musume was one of the most profound experiences for Mr. Rokuda, he actually wanted to care for Musume and plan a future for her and his wife. He planned to build a better relationship with his wife so Musume would have two parents who love each other. His wife died soon afterwards. It crushed Mr. Rokuda, having many hopes, plans and ideas for the future with his family. Only to lose someone he loved immediately afterwards. He did mourn her, but not because he loved her. He mourned because he loved the idea of what he could've been as a person. Had his wife not died, he would've "succeeded in his efforts" to better himself as a husband and father. Mustumi would've developed into a better person if his wife never passed away. Notes: He smokes and drinks.
