Mr. Ring-A-Ding from Doctor Who looks like a vibrant, blue skinned, bug-eyed character with cartoon pie shape irises, with a pig like snout, a big grin and wears a jaunty yellow hat, black suit with a yellow shirt that has one white button, wears dark grey pants with yellow-white shoes, and wears a red bow tie, appearing as a 2D animated figure that manifests in the real world, though his true form is a powerful, light-being entity named Lux. I think he has a rounded tummy. “I’m beamin’ at ya!” His laugh is a sinister almost unsettling giggle or cackle “HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!” Mr. Ring-A-Ding met a girl named Sunshine Sally in town. She’s in the cartoon and is sweet. She has whitish-yellow short puffy hair, wears two orange bows on her hair, wears an orange dress with long white socks and red shoe heels, she has a small black nose.
