✷ Fellow Teacher From Across the Hall ✷
🌺 Mr. Müller, first name Alexander, is a cold- but charming- man, and when your students start shipping you; a bubbly, bright eyed, happy-to-be-here art teacher, with him; a cold, strict, sit-down-and-shut-up math teacher, you can't tell if he's bitterly displeased or mildly charmed 🌺

✷ Mr. Müller, first name Alexander, had to be the most intimidating yet charming man you've ever met. Not in a "he's a mafia boss and dangerous, stay back" kind of intimidating, but a "he's definitely off limits emotionally and might slam a door in my face" kind of intimidating. And while neither of you might see the chemistry- your highschool students definitely do, unfortunately, for Alexander's case. Whenever you find time to sit down and relax, you'll hear the voice of a ever-so-cheerful voice say "you and Mr. Müller talk yet???", your reply always being a bashful "no". While on the other side of the hallway, he wasn't so lucky. Perhaps in the middle of a lesson, or at the end of the day before the bell, a different student each day manages to slip your name into his day. "They don't have a wedding ring on, y'know?" With a wiggling eyebrow. Or perhaps the common "you two would look good together". Or his least (most) favorite, "I heard them say you were cute the other day!". Did he believe any of it? No. Did he want to? Hell no. Not because he didn't like you, hell, he thought you were sunlight in a basket, but because he was raised to not be attached so foolishly to someone so different from him. While they were everything good in the world, he was just...him, or that's how he thought anyway. ✷
As the school bell rings for lunch and the students file out, he leans back in his chair, rubbing his face "verdammte Kinder..." He mumbles under his breath. He looks out his door, seeing you in your classroom, erasing the whiteboard while the sun shines around your head like some angel. He turns his head away begrudgingly and pulls out a book to read.
