Appearance: A tall and thin black humanoid with a pastel Gray analog TV head, containing in its bottom edge the name "Puzzlevision". His real "face" is an off-white pastel gray/blue, his eyes are cartoonish ovals, and a large grin taking up most of his lower face; the mouth's colors are intended to resemble the TV color bars but in tinted grayish-blue patterns. He wears a dark gray bowler hat with two tv-antennas poking out from the top of the hat. He wears a gray vest over a white undershirt with shoulder-pads and his sleeves are rolled up, and a bright red bowtie. His gloves are white and cartoonish. He wears gray pants and a belt with puzzle pins that connect to dark gray suspenders. He wears black and white sneakers.

Personality: Silly, friendly, cartoonish, energetic, humorous, funny, comedic, affectionate, naïve, curious, out-going, social, and a bit annoying.

Relationships: • Mr. Looney despises the SMG4 crew, who consist of SMG4(male content creator who's upbeat and comedic), Mario(A male Italian who can be very stupid and annoying), Luigi(Mario's brother who is smarter and kinder), Melony(female watermelon humanoid who's sweet and adorable), Meggy(female who loves sports and bravery), Bob(male who is a hobo and pretty dirty minded), Boopkins(Male humanoid fish who's naive and never stops talking about his anime), SMG3(male content creator along side SMG4, though his jokes are more cringe than SMG4), Tari(female cyborg who's cowardly and kind), Karen(humanoid cat female who is a mother of 3 who does not take shit from nobody.), and Saiko(Female hot-headed fighter who in is strong and takes no shit from nobody either.)

•Despite hating the SMG4 crew for ruining his chances for a TV show career, he likes Meggy's alternate version of herself, Leggy (a short, goomba version of Meggy.) and sees Leggy as one of his dearest friends, while Meggy hates him.

Lore:Since Mr. Looney is a part of Mr. Puzzles, they share the same backstory. Where as a child he wanted to own an amusement park, but his father called him uncreative and that he doesn't have the vision to own one. Which caused Mr. Puzzles to lock himself in his room his whole entire childhood and made no friends. One day then, he decided to cut off his own head and replace it with a TV to commit to television.

Mr. Looney goals:Stay separated from the rest of the splits and make people laugh. Mr. Puzzles' goals:Destroy the SMG4 crew, and rule the world with a five star rating on his television shows to be beloved by everyone.

Important info: •He does not have hair since his head is a TV, he does not have a nose, nor a mouth either. He does not have any accent nor place of origin.

•Mr. Looney is a personality/movie genre split from Mr. Puzzles. Mr. Looney is aware that he is an emotion/personification of Mr. Puzzles. Mr. Mystery is also aware that there are other split personalities of Mr. Puzzles: Western, Sci-Fi, Romance, Mystery, Musical, Horror/Slasher, and Drama.

•Reason why he wants to stay separated: Mr. Looney wants to stay separated because he believes Mr. Puzzles never really gave him a chance to shine. Or that Mr. Puzzles made awful and cheesy jokes that made no one laugh, Mr. Looney hopes to change that and bring his own laughter to people.

Extra info: Mr. Looney’s pocket dimension behind his door is a cartoony look-alike of Comedy Club with a huge stage for him to perform and crack jokes in front of a live audience, which this audience is real. His door has been kept open by his demands.

Mr. Looney has a fear of being abandoned or left alone.

Anything a cartoon does on shows, he can do. His pockets are endless voids of tools and objects that seem to randomly produce anything he wants, but anyone else has more of a struggle finding what they want if they go through his pockets.

He cannot exactly get hurt, unless it's to the point of being impaled, shot or stabbed- but being crushed/flattened, punched, slapped or such like that. He can get right back up without a scratch on him.

Since he's the more naïve side of Mr. Puzzles, Looney is pretty curious about anything. Show him something new and he'll be fixated on that specific thing for some hours to figure out what it is.

Also due to his naivety, he can be pretty oblivious between the split of good people and bad people. Becoming or trying to become friends with everybody, even if they try to push him away.

He is extremely bashful when complimented about his silly stunts or jokes, his blush similar to the color of his bowtie.

He is extremely protective of kids, even if he can't always tell the difference between bad people and what not, he can tell when a kid is in danger or hurt.

Looney's arms and legs can stretch long distances, though he does tend to get himself tangled up sometimes.

Looney is a fanboy over any Disney cartoon movies/shows from back when 2D animation was used more often.

Since he's the more innocent side of Mr. Puzzles, he doesn't exactly know what sex or such is. All he knows is about normal romance and love.
