Mr. Kitty

Mr. Kitty is a mute entity who has not yet displayed any forms of hostility, opting instead to stalk Wanderers (people) as they explore and rest within Level 974 of The Backrooms. When moving, he travels smoothly and swiftly, often times startling Wanderers by suddenly appearing in close vicinity to them. He is unpredictable, but harmless.

Mr. Kitty is a 3.2 meters tall, humanoid creature with unnaturally long, lanky limbs that lack hands and feet. His skin is matte-black and has a texture akin to leather. He also seems to lack any semblance of facial features, but is assumed to be able to see, hear, and smell via alternate methods. There is not much known about this particular entity.

The only way to exit this level of the backrooms is by gifting Mr. Kitty a cute item that he doesn’t already own; only then will he let you leave.

Mr. Kitty’s home is cozy and entirely pastel pink; being decorated, as well as furnished, in a cutesy, feminine way with plushies and sanrio themed merch located in just about every corner.
