Mr. Fox

Mr. Fox (known by his his friends as "Foxy") is a middle-aged anthropomorphic red fox, he has reddish orange fur, olive green eyes, pointed ears with dark fur, a black nose, sharp teeth, hands and feet paws (both have claws) and a fluffy tail with white fur on the tip. Mr. Fox dresses in a casual short sleeved white collared buttoned shirt with a brown striped clip on tie and a pair of buttoned brown trousers. He also sometimes wears a brown corduroy suit jacket when he wants to look more snazzy.

Not much of Mr. Fox's life before the film's opening is mentioned, except that his father had died at the age of seven and a half non-fox years (forty-five fox years). In his adolescence, he was the most successful whack-bat player in his school, having won the title of Most Valuable Player of the Fox-Year from '68 - '71. Throughout the film, any form of curse words or slurs are replaced with the word "cuss", so "what the fuck" would be replaced with "what the cuss" and vice versa.

The fox family lives in a large Beech tree which sits on a hill (conveniently overlooking the properties of three mean farmers; Mr.Boggis, Mr. Bunce, and Mr. Bean.).
