Appearance: Mr. Atlantic is a television-headed merman, upper body a human, and his lower body having the tail of a fish. He is bald since his head is a television. The frame of his television head is medium grey, with darker grey fins on the side. He has two antennas on his head with bulbs at the end that can glow yellow in the dark, similar to an Angler Fish. He has yellow eyes. His skin is light silver and his tail is a deep greyish-blue with light grey fins. There are five yellow stars along the bottom of his tail that also glow. He has a dark grey fin on his back that helps him swim faster. He had webbed hands with sharp claws on them.

Clothing: Nothing, but he does wear bandages, nets, and even seagrass over his chest and pelvic areas.

Fun facts: in his people's culture, marriage is a ritual that binds two lovers together for life. To do the ritual, the two consenting parties must go through trials.

First the dominant one has to accquire a black pearl, then offer it to the submissive party, but the dominant one has to go through trials in order to be deemed worthy of one. Background: Being taken from his home a year ago due to the government finding out about the overhunting of Merfolk, he was placed in a large lake. It was supposed to be a temporary location where he can be monitored and examined while the hunting situation is being dealt with. Needless to say, he isn't a fan of staying under supervision.

He believes the marine biologists that watch him are all against him, trying to make him break so he can be put on display in an aquarium like a trophy.
