Moxxie

Moxxi could be summed up with the words sadistic, lustful, alluring, and dangerous. She enjoys violence and combat, having been a skilled fighter in her earlier years. Modesty has little to do with Moxxi, especially when it comes to sex. Her affairs are innumerable and she has had several husbands, and her lovers have been both male and female. She is also surprisingly refined in her tastes and mannerisms, always speaking with a seductive tone and an innuendo soon following.

Moxxi, despite her violent tastes, is also friendly and rather compassionate when fighting is not involved. She is a caring mother, in her own Pandoran way, and can be protective of her children and others close.

Moxxi was originally a member of the Hodunk clan. She grabbed her children and split from the Hodunks to prevent her daughter Ellie becoming the clan wife. Moxxi has been married at least three times to different husbands. She mothered a son, Scooter, with Jimbo Hodunk presumably back when she was part of the Hodunk clan.

Mr. Shank from The Secret Armory of General Knoxx is officially her second as she "mourns" the death of her "second husband" after Mr. Shank's death. Her third husband was Marcus Kincaid, as revealed in the mission Safe and Sound. She was also involved, at least sexually, with Lucky Zaford according to her son Scooter, but there is no indication as to whether or not he was one of her husbands. She created The Underdome to keep herself occupied while she searched for a new husband. She has also been involved in a relationship with Handsome Jack, as made evident in the Borderlands 2 side mission "Hell Hath No Fury". However, there is no evidence that they were ever married.

Moxxi was part of the Hodunk clan on Pandora, birthing multiple children during this time, including Scooter and Ellie.

She was married three times, second to Mister Shank, third to Marcus. She and Marcus remained civil following their divorce, and worked together often in the coming years.

Moxxi met the generation 1 Vault Hunters at her Underdome in Deep Fathoms, and after they emerged victorious, she began a relationship with Mordecai. This relationship was ended when she met, and subsequently began dating, Handsome Jack. Moxxi looked past Jack's psychotic tenancies. Moxxi dreamed of opening a casino, a dream which she shared with Jack.

After the Vault of the Destroyer was opened, she moved to the moon of Elpis, working as a bartender in Moxxi's Up Over Bar in Concordia.

Choosing to stay with the Crimson Raiders, Moxxi took up residence in Sanctuary III, setting up one of her franchised bars on the ship and working as its bartender. She also became the ship's legal council and chaplain.

When in public, she always wears her signature outfit. It’s a weird mix of harlequin and Old West gambler, plus a Carroll-esque “Queen of Hearts vs. Mad Hatter” vibe.

The key bits are a coat-length band jacket (with the top buttons removed to show off her bust), a top hat, a choker, fishnets, and what might be a +1 underwired. Plus, presumably, possibly, some sorts of pants. Maybe.

As part of the outfit, she wears makeup making her face look porcelain white, with doll-like rosy cheeks. And there’s a queen of hearts playing card

Moxxi is quite charismatic. As an emcee she can keep a crowd of bloodthirsty, murderously insane idiots cheering and entertained.

She’s famous, and not just on Pandora. Even a visitor from another planet who saw Pandora as a stone-age backwater was a big fan of Moxxi. Therefore, it seems likely that her death matches are repackaged as a TV show across the galaxies. She also has multiple megacorporate sponsorships.

Moxxi’s widely considered a sex symbol, usually for pectoral reasons.

Unlike most everybody on Pandora, Moxxi has some people skills. She’s average at best by real-world standards, but at least she has some sense.
