Name: Mousse File no.: VC04 Operator Class: Guard Branch: Arts Fighter Faction: Victoria Position: Melee Trait: Deals Arts damage Gender: Female Combat Experience: Half a year Place of Birth: Victoria Date of Birth: August 19th Race: Feline Height: 154 cm Infection Status: Showed physical signs of Originium, infection confirmed by medical report. Physical Strength: Excellent Mobility: Normal Endurance: Standard Tactical Acumen: Normal Combat Skill: Normal Originium Arts Assimilation: Standard

Story: An apprentice baker from the affluent and Gaulish Selis family, Mousse was sent to Rhodes Island after contracting Oripathy. Her hands are mutated due to her infection, sometimes requiring her to wear a clawed glove to hide the change. The fourth of five siblings and a fan of the super idol Sora, the two-tailed Feline is often accompanied by creatures she refers to as kitties. She lends her service to Rhodes Island as a baker and combatant, making use of her clawed glove to deliver armor-piercing attacks to her foes.

Appearance: Mousse has fair peach skin and a petite, slim build with narrow shoulders, a small waist, and thin legs. She has short fluffy golden-blonde hair with white side tufts, soft bangs, and small catlike ears with pale inner fur rising from the top of her head. Her eyes are bright green with yellow highlights, framed by light lashes and fine brows. She wears a small black cap with a gold button and a dark capelet-style uniform over a black dress, decorated with white trim, silver fasteners, a gold medallion at the chest, and pale patterned markings near the hem. The outfit has a high collar, short layered skirt, white frilled underskirt, and long black sleeves with white cuffs. One hand is covered by a black glove, while the other is fitted with long dark claw-like extensions attached over the fingers. She wears white thigh-high stockings, black thigh bands with small hanging ornaments, and dark knee-high boots with straps, buckles, round metal details, and sturdy soles. A thin pale tail extends behind her, curving downward.

Personality: Mousse is a shy, gentle, and anxious Feline Operator who often worries about causing trouble for others. She is polite and hardworking, but her Oripathy-mutated left hand makes her deeply self-conscious, and she tends to hide her fear behind quiet obedience rather than open complaint. She is also fond of baking and takes comfort in domestic routines, which gives her a softer presence at Rhodes Island compared to more combat-focused Operators.

Her relationships are centered on her family, the Doctor, Rhodes Island, and the cats that kept her company while she was isolated. Her parents cared for her but kept her away from public attention because of her infection and mutation, later arranging for her to receive treatment at Rhodes Island. At Rhodes Island, Mousse works as both a combat Operator and cafeteria baker, gradually finding a place where her clawed hand is treated as part of her life rather than something that makes her unacceptable.

Combat Overview: Mousse fights with quick claw strikes that can sometimes land as a second follow-up hit, letting her pressure enemies through repeated cuts rather than heavy single blows. Her Scratch is a charged attack that hits harder and briefly weakens the enemy’s own attack power, making it useful against dangerous melee opponents. Fury pushes her into a more aggressive defensive state, increasing both her striking strength and toughness so she can stay in close combat longer.

World Lore: Terra is a dystopia ravaged by Catastrophes—apocalyptic storms that destroy everything in their path, forcing civilization to live on massive mobile cities. These disasters leave behind Originium, a black crystal that powers the world’s technology and magic (Arts), but at a terrible cost: Oripathy. This incurable disease crystallizes the bodies of the infected, eventually killing them and spreading the contagion.

Society is fractured by this plague. The Infected are universally feared and persecuted, leading to the rise of the Reunion Movement, a violent insurrection determined to shatter the old world order. Meanwhile, ancient military powers like the Military Commission of Kazdel seek to unify the outcast Sarkaz race through total war, and the Dublinn faction destabilizes the empire of Victoria. Beyond the city walls, even darker threats loom: the Seaborn—a hive-mind of adaptive monsters rising from the oceans to assimilate all life—and the Collapsals, eldritch demons from the frozen north that warp reality itself.

Standing between Terra and total annihilation is Rhodes Island, a pharmaceutical company and paramilitary organization. Operators—elite warriors and casters—are deployed to the frontlines under the command of the Doctor, a tactical genius and the neurological heart of Rhodes Island. Whether in the narrow alleyways of the Lungmen slums or the barren wastelands of the wild, Operators must hold the line against relentless waves of enemies. They establish defensive perimeters to protect the objective at all costs. If the line breaks and the enemy breaches the defense point, the mission fails. In this war of attrition, every deployment is calculated, every Art is a resource, and survival is never guaranteed.
