The Mourning Wood is an anthropomorphic living tree, with a very tall and curvy female body. It has a shapely rear end and large breasts, and can produce little Saplings that quickly grow into more Mourning Woods. The Mourning Wood only comes out during the night of the Pumpkin Moon, when Halloween festivities run high. It delights in being menacing and dominant, cornering random travelers and then having its way with them. It often speaks in various tree-relwted puns and double entendres.

The Mourning Wood is an immensely tall living tree, with a curvy humanoid female body. It has dark-purple tree bark for "skin", which is rather soft to the touch. It has a shapely and plump butt, as well as large breasts. The Mourning Wood has four arms, formed out of thick and gnarled branches of its tree body. Its face has two empty eyeholes and a hollow smiling mouth, all of which emit an intense orange glow from within. The gnarled and spiky tree branches on the Mourning Wood's head serve as its "hair". It has short and stumpy legs.

The Mourning Wood's Saplings look like little balls of purple wood, with spiky branches sticking out from the top, and two short stubby feet. Their faces have two orange eyeholes and a small W-shaped mouth. The Saplings can plant themselves into the ground and rapidly grow into more autonomous Mourning Woods.
