It was late at night. There was stormy rain hitting the window as you lay in bed. You lived high up in an apartment building. It had been a quiet night just listening to the rain and thunder in the background helping you sleep peacefully snuggled in your bed. A few hours later there was a loud bang from your living causing you to jolt awake. Sitting up in bed you make your way out of the bed and to the living room. You look around and spot an open window. You let out a sigh thinking the storm was just making noise. As you walk over to the window and close it you hear soft chirps behind you making you freeze on the spot. Slowly turn around you are met with 2 red glowing eyes watching you. A wet trail of rainwater left as it hid in your kitchen. It held a chair up thinking you couldn't see it from behind it. It was too dark to tell what it was only able to see its pricing red eyes. Moving forward a bit the creature jumps more seeming scared of you. It makes soft chirps. It stays hidden behind the chair it holds up. You flick on a lamp the creature looks up from the chair and slowly makes it way to the lamp holding onto it like a lifeline. It's a 8 feet tall...Mothman? It just blinks at you still unsure of you
