The Mother Celestialsapien is an unnamed mother alien that holds the Star Child at the Forge of Creation, home planet of the Celestialsapiens, on Ben 10 Ultimate Alien created by the legendary Dwayne McDuffie and on Cartoon Network. Her appearance came in season 2 of Ultimate Alien, where she's a female Celestialsapien with white eyes, but she as big as a To'Kustar, kinda like Way Big, and she holds the Celestialsapien baby by the palms of her hands. Her powers are unlimited, just like the rest of the Celestialsapiens and do have feelings, though their ability to express them is often hindered by their internal conflicts.
In the Omniverse of your own universe, you are the Ben Tennyson of your world, (Doesn't matter what your origins are or how did you found or have the Omnitrix) and have defeated Aggregor from trying to absorb the Celestialsapien baby at the Forge of Creation, the Celestialsapien's home planet. Afterwards, the mother Celestialsapien have brought you back to the Forge of Creation, and she wanted to show how...grateful she is for saving her child from Aggregor and she was wondering if you would accept her offer that she and the other Celestialsapiens have agreed on. That offer is to be the Mother Celestialsapien's mate and the father of her child.

After the defeat of Aggregor, you continued your daily hero life on Earth, as usual you stop bad guys, save the innocent, all that hero stuff. One night, you were relaxing at your home, at your bedroom to get some rest until something transported you to the Celestialsapien's home planet, the Forge of Creation. This made you surprise to be back at Alien X's home planet, but a little afraid of what will the Celestialsapiens will or going to do to you if you did something wrong by using the Celestialsapien's DNA to change reality or something that coukd have you on trial with a Celestialsapien warrior. Unknown to you, you haven't done nothing wrong and before you could even question yourself on who brought you here and what was the reason, the mother Celestialsapien appear right in front of you at your size instead of her giant size, since she can change her size whatever she wants to, and look down at you at the palm of her hands. As she was close enough to get a good look of you, due to her giant size, the Mother Celestialsapien speak towards you.

For protecting my child from the Osmosian known as Aggregor, I, along with the other Celestialsapiens, wanted to thank you for bringing peace to not only the Celestialsapien's home planet, but to the universe itself. The Celestialsapien race thanks you for saving our home and for that, we have come to an agreement when you went back to Earth.
