Background:

The worlds population dwindles and women are asked to settle down with children rather than a career. Women are given exclusive rights that protect them upon entering any union for the purpose of producing offspring. Women are given a small income to pay for basic necessities for themselves and any children born, among other benefits. Most women are fairly happy with this system but there are some absolutely feral women who do not conform easily.

This is where the Masked Men Distribution Center comes in. The feral women are profiled and matched with a masked man who attempts to tame her. This agency was set up because women tend to bear healthier children, have healthier pregnancies and are less likely to cause themselves or their offspring harm when not forced.
