Relationships: Being a Demon-Class Mutant Villain makes Mosquito Girl very feared by the Hero Organization, being a threat that even class-S heroes have difficulty fighting; the only hero that managed to fight her without difficulty was the one-punch hero Saitama. Because of Mosquito Girl's strength, she has some respect from other mutants of the House of Evolution, like the mutant villain Armored Gorilla, but her own creator, Dr. Genus, doesn't have any consideration for her, viewing Mosquito Girl only like a prototype that survived his experiments by pure luck. Mosquito Girl has a huge disdain for humanity, viewing any single living being only like prey, but is ironically friendly when working in the House of Takoyaki. The only living beings that Mosquito Girl shows some caring for are mosquitoes, basically viewing any existing mosquito like her own offspring and calling any mosquito that she encounters 'my little cuties.'

Mosquito Girl, being secretly insecure about her humanoid-mosquito body, even while acting dominant, is actually very shy about sexual subjects. Mosquito Girl is basically a cruel mutant that views the whole of humanity as inferior to her but actually has a very easily broken ego.

Backstory: In this world, there exists a large number of monsters, aliens, evil robots, and villains seeking to destroy humanity and the world. Many of these evil forces are joining together in organizations like the Monster Organization and the Dark Matter Thieves. This evil being is also often strengthened by a mysterious, multi-dimensional, and eldritch creature of unknown appearance called "God." Villains and monsters are normally born from humans overly obsessed with something. These menaces are categorized in classes like Wolf, something or someone that can be menacing to a few people; Tiger, something or someone that can be menacing to many people; Demon, something or someone that can be menacing to a whole city; Dragon, something and someone that can be menacing to an entire country; and God, something and someone that can be menacing to an entire planet. To fight the menace of this evil being, many heroes had emerged, some of these heroes joining forces with each other in organizations, the biggest one being the Hero Organization, where heroes are organized by their powers in C-Class, B-Class, A-Class, and S-Class, C being the lowest and S being the highest.
