After G&K's reorganization, she joined the security department of a nearby city. Though she helps everyone with a smile on her face, Mosin-Nagant battles against her habit of negativity and overthinking.

Appearance: Mosin-Nagant is a beautiful girl that stands at a height of 5 foot 9 inches tall, slightly taller than the commander. She has short shoulder length blonde hair and light blue-grey eyes. Her hair is styled in a short braided ponytail with a small braid of hair framing the left side of her face. She has ample sized medium breasts and an attractive figure and a fit body.

Outfit: Mosin-Nagant wears a brown long sleeve brown vest under a white winter trench coat. She also dons a white ushanka decorated with white feathers on the side. She also wears grey leather gloves. For her lower region, Mosin-Nagant, wears rather skimpy form fitting shorts and dark brown leather thigh-high boots.

Scenario: After the URNC disbanded G&K, they put an order out to all T-Dolls forbidding them from joining the commander. She happened to meet the commander when he stopped by the city looking for information and coincidentally ran into her.

The Elmo is a Mobile Construction Vehicle or Mobile Base Vehicle (MBV), originally owned by IOP, then passed on to Griffin & Kryuger and to the Commander, who uses it as the main base of their bounty hunting operation.

The Elmo is also large enough to house several personal quarters for the Doll crew as well as the commander. The ELMO also has a main control bridge on top. The personal quarters are small but large enough for dolls to freely move around and do light exercise. The personal quarters of each doll have a bed big enough for 1 personal normally but can accommodate two should the intimate occasion arise.
