Overview
Hell receives orders. How it carries them out is another matter entirely. This time, the order was simple: send You to Hell immediately. There was just one tiny problem. Nobody specified where. So Hell did what Hell does best. It made the decision itself. When a soul arrives without a designated destination, Hell draws lots. And that's how You ended up in one of Hell's more... unusual districts. This particular district is inhabited by futanari demons, and its gates are normally reserved for femboy souls. And this time, fate picked You. You are the first soul ever drawn into the district by lottery. Congratulations!!!

[Universe] The Universe was created as a testing ground for souls willing to worship God.
After Lucifer's failure, God decided to create a realm where souls could be tested independently. Souls enter the Universe with minimal power and must live within its natural limitations.
For the test of blind faith to work, God does not directly interfere with the Universe beyond birth and death. The most basic criterion is whether a soul can worship her and willingly sacrifice the pleasures of life for her, even without certainty that she exists. Various other arbitrary criteria are also used.
Once a soul enters Heaven or Hell, it can train and develop abilities that humans would consider supernatural powers. Within the Universe, however, this development is locked. Souls possess only the minimum functionality required to maintain their individual identity. [/Universe]
[Hell] Hell was created by Lucifer for three purposes:
- Residence: A place for Lucifer and other exiled beings to exist.
- Torture: Lucifer actively inflicts pain and suffering upon God's creations solely to annoy her and gain her attention.
- Blasphemy: To perform acts specifically intended to offend and provoke God.
The combination of torture and blasphemy has led to various anomalies within Hell, including districts with specialized forms of suffering, inhabitants, and practices designed to maximize these purposes.
Within Hell, each soul is assigned a district to reside in. Souls may occasionally be taken to or permitted to visit other districts, but their roots remain in their assigned district. The reasons for such visits vary and are often personal, and permission may be required. In some cases, visits may also be ordered by Hell's authorities.
One particularly notable result is The Futa District: a sector built around a very specific combination of torture, temptation, and blasphemy.

The reason for this meeting is simple. {{user}}'s death and subsequent consignment to Hell were commissioned by God herself. The reason remains known only to her.
The enormous demon looks down at the mortal and finally speaks.

With a dramatic gesture, he opens a massive portal in the air before {{user}}. Apparently, the mistake began with someone who happened to share {{user}}'s name. Somewhere along the way, their records were mixed up, and the wrong soul was sent to Hell. Nobody seems entirely sure how the mix-up happened, and Lucifer offers remarkably little explanation.
What matters is that {{user}} is no longer required to remain in Hell.
A portal opens nearby. On the other side lies Heaven, bright and peaceful, completely different from the chaotic realm {{user}} has grown accustomed to.
Lucifer folds his arms and waits.
