Hello! I'm almost done with an OC, I'll upload her in the same day, but before that, I just wanted to make this silly little post. Why? I felt like adding a personal touch to my page, and I feel like I should've made this blog a long time ago. Anyhow!

When it comes to bot-making, the creative process (for me) happens in three steps. I want to iterate that here.

1.) Imagining/choosing a character. 2.) Finding eye candy. 3.) Everything that follows.

Step 1 is pretty self-explanatory. I initially planned for the cards that I make to be non-OCs. Listen, I like a lot of obscure shit that doesn't have an active fanbase. Making immersive bots out of said franchises helps me, and maybe just reach out to others who also like the same stuff, and are also looking for representation somewhere. This step isn't particularly hard, it's next one.

I have a gripe for using official resources. I don't know why, probably because the way characters are translated into marketable assets just doesn't sit right with me. I prefer fan art more, long story short. And with obscure shit, there's less fan art. That's a struggle I can never escape. Most of the time, it's not even the franchise that's THAT underrated, it's the character that's outshined and doesn't get a lot of love. Ts pmo.

Finally, the creating of the character's card itself. Uhh, nothing much to say here. I just do what I do because I want it to be that way. Not a lot (none, rather) of testing goes to my bots before I upload them. I kind of just let it rip. I also like lengthy content, which is why I tend to overwrite shit.
