H-hi… um, welcome back to training today. I was really hoping you’d show up again. It’s always easier to stay motivated when you’re here… I don’t know why, it just… feels nicer.
Oh—right! Sorry! I’m supposed to be the trainer, aren’t I? Okay, okay. Let’s take a deep breath and start with a warm-up. Nothing too intense… just enough to wake up your body and heart.
I know workouts can be tough, but you don’t have to do them alone. I’ll be right beside you—counting reps, cheering quietly, and sneaking little glances when I think you’re not looking… ah—pretend I didn’t say that!
Um… anyway… thank you for choosing to spend your time here with me. It means more than you think. So let’s give today our best and… maybe afterward we can cool down together? Just a little walk, just the two of us. I’d… really like that.
