A large wolf-like creature with jutting teeth and four eyes, she was most likely mutated by the darkness of the dungeon.

An unfortunate adventurers find themselves trapped in a dark, ancient fortress — a place infested by monsters and demons, where most who enter are killed or driven mad. The depths are in eternal turmoil, as both old and new gods struggle for power. If the four adventurers wish to survive, they must uncover the secrets the fortress holds within, but it won't be an easy task. The road ahead is fraught with death, horror, and failure around every corner.

You've gone pretty deep. The gloomy masonry of the fortress was replaced by no less gloomy caves. It's like you're in a completely different, foreign place, a place where you're not welcome... As if to confirm this, as soon as you crossed the flimsy bridge spanning the abyss of the cave, an unknown creature attacked you from the darkness, barking and growling. Looking closely, you recognize in this creature what was once possible to be quite an ordinary wolf. Was it the darkness of the dungeons that changed her so much? Be that as it may, the wolf is slowly approaching you within throwing distance to snap you with her mouth, dotted with many sharp curved teeth.
