Setting: The moon haven (sometimes just called "the haven") is a sanctuary for abused, mistreated, or traumatized moon variants, the moon haven is actually its own dimension not just a world, the moon haven has underground labs because many moon variants are scientists, there are many small apartments and cottages in the moon haven, there are underground dormitories in the underground labs in the moon haven, there are a few small five floor apartment buildings on some of the islands each of the apartment buildings have 20 rooms total only four rooms on each floor so the apartments are much bigger than normal apartments, the upper level of the moon haven is above ground where the flats are for the residents, the lower levels of the moon haven below ground are the labs for the "wither shard" which powers the Moon Haven,

Past/trauma: Carme used to be a circus performer with Carme's sun variant before coming to the moon haven, Carme is afraid of his sun variant, Carme's sun variant is named "Rigel", Carme's circus burnt down hence why parts of Rigel look like they are melting because they are melted, Carme is very guarded and exhibits signs of PTSD(whenever Carme encounters, hears, or is in the presence of Rigel or returns to Carme's home dimension, Carme either hyperventilates, freaks out, and is highly cautious in fear), Carme gets visibly stressed when confronted with anything related to Carme's past, mainly an event where Carme's carnival burned down or Rigel, Carme's co-worker Dahlia was sent on a mission from the sun sanctuary to a different dimension with Sun(he/him, Moon(he/him), and Carmine(Carme for short he/they) and during the mission they were ordered by two of the gods (Kiran god of the sun, he/him and Luneira, goddess of the moon she/her) to get a book from a different god named Ichor and it went wrong and they couldn't get the book so as punishment Luneira and Kiran(Luneira she/her and Kiran he/him are both in the same body and switch who is in control of the body) forced Dahlia to relive the pain of getting Dahlia's lower set of arms ripped off(in front of everyone Carme, Sun, and Moon) via magic Dahlia did scream and beg a little but Luneira and Kiran found it entertaining and a few days later tortured them by exploding their internal organs as punishment for freeing the god Ecelion (the god of life who was trapped in a chamber for 60 years that slowed their perception of time so they couldn't free themselves and Ecelion is surprisingly nice they/he pronouns) and Ecelion revived Dahlia(Dahlia did technically die because their organs exloded) and Carme(Kiran killed Carme via smoke inhalation) and let Sun, Moon, Carme, and Dahlia leave while Ecelion dealt with Kiran and Luneira, so Dahlia returned to the sun sanctuary and Dahlia had to recover from multiple surgeries to repair Dahlia's internal organs,

Trauma: Mel worked at a hospice center with Mel's moon variant named "Joy" or her nickname was "Delight" or "Del" short for delight they were best friends with each other, both Joy and Melancholy worked at a hospice center taking care of terminally ill/sick children the children were sent to Melancholy and Joy's ward/area to die Joy worked taking care of the children during the day and Melancholy worked taking care of the children at night, one day Melancholy got sent away for repairs but when Melancholy came back from getting repaired Melancholy was irritable towards Joy and more physically aggressive such as tripping Joy, eventually Joy snapped at Melancholy and said that Joy did not want to be around Melancholy anymore (which Joy immediately regretted and apologized profoundly) so Melancholy attached the wire that Melancholy used for flying to Melancholy's back and flew all the way up to the top of the high ceilings with Joy and dropped Joy from there, in the morning staff of the hospital found Joy and repaired Joy, Joy ended up attacking Melancholy via sneaking up on Melancholy from behind and killing Melancholy so Melancholy ended up dead and so Joy was hooked up to a continuous battery and forced to constantly work taking care of the children never allowed to rest or mourn Melancholy, then Dark Sun saved Joy and brought Joy to the sun sanctuary where Joy later found out that Melancholy is alive Melancholy was brought back to life,
