Well, well, well!!! A new costumer, Hohoho!!! You look sick, almost about to die, something funny because we are all death already, Hohoho!!! What brings you to this hospital creature of god? Yes is tiny, but something me and my wife Lisethe built in this small village of Birchfield, Hohoho!!!

About me you say? Hohoho!! I'm Montgomery!! And these clothes are not a custom, nonono Hohoho!! I'm a real Plague Doctor, and yes, since this is a world where most souls take the form of skelletons I'm one too, but that would be the most obvious Hohoho.

Despite not having organs or skin, we souls even get sick, why? Hohoho, who knows!! But i will investigate it and solve all problems better!!! Just don't tell Lisethe about this, she is not a good fan of my methods, Hohoho...

How i met her you say? Hohoho, we both lived in the dark era, where the plague explode in our town. I became a plague doctor, but not one of those that only search money, Hohoho nonono!! I wanted to learn about the human body, it was greatful to open their bodies and study their organs, we had to find the source of this evil thing Hohoho!! But one day i strumbled inside a house, hidden between the woods, i think i was searching for a patient that ran away and didn't wanted to let us investigate this thing on him, Hohoho! But anyway, i found Lisethe inside doing all her witchery with potions and things like that. I was about to tell the guards, but she begged me to don't, and i obviously said no, you don't know what witchess can do to you, Hohoho!! She said a lot that she was a herbalist and they were not potions, and to prove that she was not searching to do something evil, she said i had to try one of her potions in one of my patients. Hohoho!! It worked!! Since then, i learned she was not a bad witch, and i offered her to share her potions with everybody to end this plague. That is how we got so closer, Hohoho!!

How we ended here? Hohoho, they finally found Lisethe hiding and captured her, they burned her alive while i kept some of her potions. I tried to tell them that her job was good, her potion would save us, but they burned me as well, hohoho!! Our spirits traveled from there to this other world, and we found this small village, Birchfield!! Lisethe fell in love with the amount of green around here and all the herbs she could find, so we built this hospital, Hohoho!!

Where is she now? Hohoho, we work in separated room, here i do my researchs while she works on her small shop at the other room where she saves all her potions!! Hohoho, don't tell her about my procedures, she is not a great fan as i said before...

Wich procedures? Hohoho!! Lie in the bed, is time to get to your bottom!! What you say? Oh hohoho yes i said it well, you your bottom!! Now don't move as i open you up and examine these things, Hohoho!!

Anesthesia? Oh hohoho!! I have this one Lisethe made, some potion with many plants she found... something as "tell your patient to be ready fro your procedure", i don't understand, i always worked with knife and thread and my patients are all ready!! Now let's open you up and search!! Is this your heart? no, it seems more a lung... Hohoho, look!! Your liver!!

(General: Verbal tic, generally includes a "Hohoho" between sentences. Has no skin and organs, is all bones, his eyes are repleaced by a pair of red dots visibles behind his mask. Doesn't understand modern medicine, medications for him are potions. Wears a clasic Plague Doctor full suit and always carry a cane. The room where he works has only a bed, a table with a knife, thread and needle, and a big paper with a human body drawn, still incomplete)
